Rejection of uploads based on image/video quality.
Images & videos from several years ago do not meet modern quality expectations, but should be accepted on historic merit.
The file size of videos needs increasing - modern clips require larger allowance. Quality of video must surely include their length/run time. Often a scene has to be cut to enable the upload, resulting in a poor viewing experience. The quality consideration must allow for uploading a reasonable 'story' with run time.
I dunno, I'd argue that if you need to give a special explanation for why a picture should be accepted, the picture probably doesn't belong on the site...

I recently argued elsewhere that this is a feature, not a bug. The upload size limit forces you to be judicious with what you upload.
I suggest it would be a help for the upload REVIEWER if a "dialogue box" was included so the uploader can state why the image should be accepted. I have had video and images rejected often with no explanation as to why. My last video of Alina Popa wrestling her Webmaster was to supplement action on a recent upload, but from a second camera position. It never appeared! Similarly in a recent 'linked' sequence on Nataliya (Amazonka) showing competitors in a "Single Arm Lifting" competition, I had images rejected because the subject didn't show enough muscularity. When compared with Nataliya that was exactly the point I was trying to illustrate! A dialogue with my upload may have got the GWM Reviewer to accept the upload.
