Does anybody on this site know what happened to Colette Guimond? Is she still active, competition, training etc?

Fair enough. I haven't seen her active for 12+ years tho. My last memories of Guimond, were from video work she was doing with Awefilms. This was probably around 2008? There was a great video she did with Jana Linke-Sippl, where they outmuscle & toss around a pair of young, skinny guys.

She was probably in her mid 40s at the time, and looked great. Around that same era, clips of her pec-popping would show up on Dailymotion & YouTube. She was a mature woman at that point, but her muscles still looked very firm.

Fbbs age very well but 63 is quite old. maybe she is still muscular but doesn't understand the internet. I noticed this with some people of her generation were they can't even figure out how things like YouTube work. and would rather just live like it's 1990 forever and ignore new technology. even if it's way better than doing things the old way they just don't want to learn new things.

She released more content than most women of her generation, she was spectacular. Some lucky men got to worship those muscles
