She doesnt hide the beard stubs, and dress like a man, no make up, even wear male underwears so I would say she is considering herself a man

I think she is, or at the very least is fluid in her expression. In any case Mariana hasn't made any actual statement on her identity as far as I can tell. Though it's possible something was missed.
