So you didn’t say hi or compliment her?
He did say she was talking on her phone.
Oh I’m sorry I didn’t realize you couldn’t stop by someone on the phone and give them a quick compliment…
Shows your lack of manners.
To give someone a quick compliment on their hard work. Ok buddy
Someone's on the phone and a nobody comes up to speak to them. Doomed to fail.
So you didn’t say hi or compliment her?
Hahaha 🤣, I think most of us here will be shy and never interact with a muscular woman, if we see them in person.
Also, please mention locations as well where you had the encounter. We are all over the world and some people are talking here as if we are all in one neighborhood
Ah, I had a nice sighting this morning here in Manhattan...
I saw a girl, probably in her twenties or thirties, with a bare midriff revealing an impressive six-pack -- one of the best I've ever seen in person -- heading into a bagel store on 23rd St. near Third Ave.
I checked her out more as she went into the shop -- no, I'm afraid I didn't follow her inside -- and she was clearly built for strength from head to toe. Though she was wearing a sort of sweatsuit with that bare midriff, you could see that she was stretching the fabric in the shoulders, arms, and legs.
Heavy sigh...
Interrupting someone's phone conversation to make an unsolicited comment about their body usually won't go too well.
Interesting. I've been both hit on and complimented when I've been in the middle of work(headphones and laptop) in public and as long as the person is polite and brief, I stop what I'm doing and accept the comment. I've done the same to women that are busy with something and have received positive feedback. Truth of the matter is that I'm not encouraging harassment. However, I am encouraging being respectful when you stop someone and give them a genuine compliment if you indeed find them interesting.
Too many times I hear that I should've asked for their number or I don't know what to say when I approach these attractive women. They've heard it all from "Damn you're buff" to "You look like you could beat me up" when a simple' "Wow I want to let you know that you look fantastic" is enough to be genuine and not creepy or weird. All I hear on here that I followed or that I stared at a buff woman, but didn't bother to introduce themselves because too many times, these people are trying to get straight to intimacy without building a genuine connection with an individual. Hope this clarifies the confusion for you ,buddy.
Most people don't like it when you interrupt their phone calls even for something urgent. like a few years ago I was walking somewhere and I saw a bunch of cops and I wanted to ask a random guy what was going on over there. but he didn't answer because he was on the phone. or the many times I needed advice from my mom back in the day. but I didn't get an answer until a few hours later when it was too late so I am sure most people will not like it
I go to the gym every day for two months and I regularly see beautiful and strong girls there who are stronger than me. Their legs are very big and strong. And my girlfriend has also been going to this gym for 9 months now and pumped up her legs there, they became very hard. One day she suggested that I try to push through her abs. She pulled in her stomach, I took her by the sides and began to push with all my strength with my thumbs on her stomach, she tells me, come on, harder, and I said that I was pushing with all my strength, and then she smiled, tensed her stomach muscles and easily pushed out my fingers, I couldn’t believe it and we repeated this about five times and she smiled.
There's a new super-hot girl at my gym who takes her lifting very seriously and judging by her workouts looks like she's starting to bodybuild. I was lifting alongside her today as she put herself through a gruelling workout. It was a hot experience as she's tanned, tall, blond and great looking, and I really had to focus so as to not to get too visibly excited. Her superb form and intensity was enough of a turnon in itself, to say nothing of the impressive amount of weight she was handling. I noticed her cranking out five plates a side on the leg press, easily deadlifting 80kg, doing stiff-leg dumbell deadlifts with 25kgs, Bulgarian lunges with 15kgs a side, and easily repping the stack on the hip abductor machine. All for 4 or 5 very focused sets, always leaving a bit more in the tank. During the deadlifts I was doing my thing in front of her to one side and at the end of each very controlled set she crashed the bar down almost for effect which was so hot. By the end of the Bulgarians her upper back was pumped and glistening with sweat. I'm reliving it now and don't have to hide my excitement any more! Can't wait to see more - her upper body is actually more developed than her lower and I’d love to see what weights she handles on push day. Her chest is all pec meat and today it looked like her top could barely contain them. I have a feeling this won’t last much longer as my gym is pretty basic and not the place you'd choose to train if you were serious about getting bigger and competing, but for now I'm loving it!
Define "too delusional"
how about when a powerlifting champion briefly trains at your gym and starts bench pressing weights me and some others would have problems dead lifting
I live very close to my job so I take the bus every day instead of driving. I always see women on the bus that are holding onto the railing as the bus driver accelerates and hits the brakes and most of them have some pretty decent biceps popping out of their arms when they’re bracing themselves from falling over. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to say I live in a place that’s littered with female bodybuilders or muscle girls for that matter. Most of these women probably don’t work out but it’s always great to get on the bus and have a daily view of some nice biceps flexing to and from work. Sometimes I’ll get an excellent view when I’m sitting down and one is standing right in front of me with her bicep in full view just jumping up and down as she’s holding onto the railing.

You're not offering up your seat to any of the women standing?
Went on vacation a few weeks ago and when I was on the beach I saw this female figure probably 50 yards away and just the way the figure moved you could tell they were fit. My luck had it that she started to walk up my way and I was able to see what I thought I was right about. Not only was she fit, she was JACKED. Huge rippling arms, toned abs, veins popping out and you could tell she didn't just "work out", she was a competitor. An insect landed on her, and she freaked out for a second and when she waved her arms, all this muscle meat was flapping around and her bicep vein was huge. Turns out that she was IFBB pro Donna Sterling and she was staying up the street from where I was on her honeymoon. All photos from her Instagram. Just to see what I saw.
