Was a bicep show contest so rules are not same strict as a real strentgth test but it was not lift in any way , too much cheat move or swing was a fail too there

This is strict curl with back on wall not free standing like me

And it depends what someone is trained on , i be used on pretty heavy curls normaly free standing curl , curlpult and cable . With bicep blaster what is pretty close to strict curl i use 27 kg instead of 32 kg normal way

I honestly don't even mind if the guy winds up winning. I like a competitive struggle between a strong woman and a strong man that can go either way. I also can't stand seeing matches against either a really scrawny guy, or a doughy out of shape dude where the outcome is already clear before it even begins.

I agree 100%. Herbiceps uses dwarfs in their emasculation videos. A lot of these women are very strong. Why not pit them against someone close to their size.
Yes the new hype using anorexic dwarfs for show how big and strong the ladies is just good for emasculation videos . But it looks like it sells .
At my work as host on BB Expos or gym events i armwrestle men (and woman) at every size too but this has nothing to do with emasculation or to show a weak girl in the other way when i try to armwrestle against the big boys .
1: Normally compete against smaller and obvious weaker opponents is for fun or they just want to feel if i be that strong as expected . Often just curious how it feels push against a stronger woman . But at the end it is a mix of fun and havig the experience compete with a athelte
2: Most i like the real comparison . Sometimes it is just measure strength with pretty even opponents no major technique needed so main use pure strength and more often it is for me beat a stronger opponent with strength and technique . Normaly the guys are bigger than me but not too big . I guess my most armwrestling challenges
3: Arm Wrestle the big guys is most for fun and show what i got . Normally they don't slam my arm to the table just to show who is the stronger sex . Most are curious how much power i be able to mobilize and if i do fight to the end while they push my arm down . Some do slam my arm down but not everybody knows how to behave Normal for the big boys is to test how much strength I have and show respect for my athletic performance

Clean curl in one controled move up and down, no lean back. From Pick up barbel to put back the weight is under her controll
She had a lil bit to fight at curl up but no struggle. I had to fight at 48 Kg an lil bit more but same valid result

I be training for general strength and fitness . Armwrestle is the result of people notice that i be pretty strong and have some muscles . So get often challenged .
And yes right bicep don't plays the main role at arm wrestling . The bicep main work at start and at hold a push . At 1/3 advantage position bicep loses his co work at arm wrestle . Normally you can clearly see that bicep contraction gets less the more way you push the opponents arm down .At start bicep contractes explosive the reason why so many think armwrestling is a bicep thing Mainly i use bicep strength at arm wrestle for hold a push , about 1/4 way disadvantage position and let opponent power out . But it is not only bicep , many co working muscles too .
At the gym normally i don't work on special arm wrestling strength . All needed muscles are trained at my general weight training .
Sometimes work with king's feather bending dumbbell on my arm wrestle strength and do arm wrestling training with my man . Mainly hold my mans push 2/3 of the training and 1/3 attack and my man hold my push. He exactly know how much strength he needs to use for squeeze the max out of my arm without push me down . Normally until muscle fail . And some technique training

This weekend was a anniversary guest athlete job at a typical Ladies Gym. So 80% + cardio bunnies lol, so arm wrestle the woman was a easy Job. Only 2 woman was able to beat me but just on right, the Gym owner and the other guest athlete. The men guest was a better challenge lost about 40 % on right and 30% on left
The guest athlete job a weekend before was much harder many big men to arm wrestle. I guess just 35 % wins but no loose to a woman. Most of the bigger guys liked to test out my strength and if i fight to the end, so no slam down to the table. Just a few pushed my arm down pretty Quick. But this was OK from speed. At the strength challenge is was better because of the strength Level calculation based on moved weight, body weight and height.
