At least 2-3 women on that list won't be there due to being unable to get a VISA. I think Angela will come in much better than she did at the Rising Phoenix. The O is still hers to lose IMHO. Angela is likely the only one with a shot of beating her.

I don't follow that division so I don't know for sure, but I would assume it could affect them as well.

Yes. That is exactly what it is. No Russian citizens can travel to the US, or much of the rest of the world, at the moment.

Moving the damn event to a country that isn't so ridiculous with its visa rules. Prime athletes missing out due to it.

This is what needs to happen. Instead of alternating between Florida and Las Vegas the O should alternate between Las Vegas and a European country that everyone can travel to. If that is even possible. I think every country has blocked travel from some other country at least to some degree,

They should put it in Switzerland or the Bahamas

I think the battle for first and second will be Andrea and Angela.
