So I thought it would be a good idea to make a thread in which users can post women training with really heavy weights.
I know that gets me excited and I am sure some of you feel the same way.
It's one thing for a woman to have muscle, but even better than that is having serious strength to go along with it.
It would be helpful to post the weight that is currently being lifted in case one knows it.
I'll start with Ali Romero doing 138 kg on the leg extensions.
