She’s Solfrid Koanda, she jus won a gold medal in weightlifting at the last Olympic games and she’s also an European and world champion. Her size is incredible, enormous pecs, huge biceps and strong thighs, she’s a beauty beast
(On a side note, are the weigh-ins for women's Olympic boxing available anywhere, or are those not public events? Generally those are a really good place to look for flexing)
I'm pretty sure weigh-ins at the Olympics are low-key, just step on the scales events, not the press events for "professional" fights. There's no flexing involved.
Is there a separate Paralympic thread or should they be posted here? Some of those wheelchair athletes upper bodies almost look like bodybuilders.
Why would you feel funny about that? They are still women. It's still muscle.
I have a family story that is kind of related to this. My niece is a quadriplegic. She got hurt while she was engaged to be married. So they met and fell in love while she could still walk, they got engaged and during the engagement she has an accident that makes her quadriplegic. They still got married. And more than once someone has walked up to her and her husband, looked right over her to say to him how they thought he was such a great guy because he still married her. She, rightly so, feels incredibly insulted by this. These people are still people and deserve to be treated as such.
I didn't think people would have an issue with disabled people being posted, I was just asking because the Paralympics are technically a different event from the Olympics so maybe it should have its own thread.
I made a discord server for track athletes. Trying to find like minded folks to help populate and build a community around these gorgeous women https://discord.gg/tupz9QZh
A good reminder that I was intending to post some more pics of her, although I think most of these are pre-Olympics:
And a bonus casual shot:
