Semi-controversially I'm sure, but I'll put YesBabyLisa out there. She right on the border of max bimbo hot for me, without totally plunging into the dark depths of r/Botchedsurgeries. At least not yet. That seems to be a common fate for most bimbo-fluencers.
The sexiest woman I've ever seen is Anya Zenkova, aka Busty Merilyn Sakova.
Not only did she have a beautiful face, but she had a flawless body in every respect from top to toe -- and the biggest, most symmetrical and beautifully rounded all-natural boobs ever to be seen on such a slender body.
Alas, in the year 2015, she had her boobs reduced because of health issues. I don't know her current situation, but she was Ukrainian, so I hope she's okay.

so i am not sure maybe my high school teacher from back in the day she actually won some beauty contests in the early 2000s and then became a teacher a few years later but i can't show pics of her she was very tall even taller than most male teachers and had a Barbie doll like body. i don't know a lot of mainstream models and porn stars now so my mindset is stuck in the 2000s when it comes to non muscular women .because i didn't know any better back then apart from looking at what the magazines claimed to be the hottest women were .i know they said Jessica Simpson was one of the hottest back in 2004 but guess what
its really hard to think of one that isn't muscular apart form women i know irl but that is different. like i have seen and even had sex with women that i consider very hot but not the hottest in the world clearly. but with muscle women its easy because usually bigger and stronger = hotter unless they go full butch. but with non muscular women its more subjective. like how big is too big when it comes to boobs what is the best non muscular body shape how do you balance curves vs fat and so on. like there was this one women with big boobs beautiful legs but she was very short and a little fat .then you had a taller skinny woman she had huge boobs and was more skinny but her legs were like sticks both of these women were very hot but its hard to pick my favourite

Do foreigners not like boobs? I figured that was universal across cultures.
I'm European and I actually prefer smaller (natural) chests on women.

Also, I realize that she is still somewhat muscular compared to the average woman, but she just doesn't compare to the women that are typically featured on this site in terms of her muscularity.
