I remember I was at a fairgrounds and there was this lady talking to her friends who worked for the police force and she had some insane forearms. Her upper body almost popped out from her t shirt. Not so much her lower body though.
In retrospect, I’ve had a bunch: 1). As a teen, I ran into an FBB and was mesmerized by her legs. Walked behind her for a block. Pretty sure that’s what hooked me. 2). Hayley McNeff at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago. She was covered up but simply dominating with her personality 3). Dana Lynn Bailey at Midway Airport. Amazing arms. Sat right across from her 4). The short blond aforementioned in this thread.
There’s a fairly muscular girl who works at the grocery store below my apartment. She usually wears pretty fitted shirts which clearly shows off her defined biceps. She’s around the size of a pretty serious cross fit girl - and her attitude is usually quite serious, and fairly rude but wow is it a treat to get groceries these days.
I was at the grocery store, standing there looking for a canned peas. This woman who looked like she could be Hunter Henderson in about 20 years came sauntering over and stood right next to me. I’m not a big man, about 5’4” on a good day. This woman must’ve been around 5’10” but she might as well have been 10 feet tall the way she towered over me and made me feel so tiny next to her. She was wearing super short daisy dukes and a crop top shirt that exposed about 90% of her six pack. She had, by far, the biggest muscles I’ve ever seen on a woman and just the most arrogant smirk as she stood there next to me. I’m about 5 hours from Seattle, so an encounter like this was definitely a surprise. Happened about 30 minutes ago, so obviously I had to come on here and write about it.
I was on a train home today and as we arrived at the station we all queued near the door to exit. In front of me was this elderly lady who had a suitcase and it clearly was heavy and she was struggling. We had a conductor in our car, female, prob in her mid 40s (but veery MILFY), she offers to help carry it and flexes her bicep, saying “don’t worry, you see these?”. I was shocked to see some serious peaks on her. Hella guns lol
I was on a train home today and as we arrived at the station we all queued near the door to exit. In front of me was this elderly lady who had a suitcase and it clearly was heavy and she was struggling. Was at a grocery store and I spotted a woman in her 60s (AT LEAST)… Could have been upper 60s or early 70s with obvious muscle definition and tight muscles/veins. I basically walked into the grocery store right behind her and I couldn’t take my eyes off of her. I didn’t want to approach her in front of people so I just went about my shopping for a few minutes and waited until she was somewhere secluded. Then I went to her aisle and pretended to look for protein bars😂. After about 20 seconds of just being next to her alone in the aisle I went up to her and said something along the lines of “I couldn’t help but notice how strong you are.” She instantly smiled and said “thank you.” I then said “how long have you been working out for?” She said “7 years.” Again I said, “you look really strong.” She said “oh thank you” (while smiling and blushing a little). Then I hesitantly said “Wait I have to ask do you have abs?” Knowing damn well she had abs as they were showing through her tight yellow shirt. She smiled and said “Yes I do” as her 6 pack bulged through her shirt. I will never forget that interaction. I noticed her bicep vein and defined arm the moment I saw her and she was wearing a tight yellow top with shorts on. I don’t have her name or anything so I’ll probably never see her again but WOW😍 Definitely a moment I’ll remember. I was turned on…
I was walking from a beach in Bali last year when I saw as I was walking through an alley a fit balisean woman. She had long straight ginger or auburn hair adding a striking contrast to her tanned caramel skin. She was dressed in a minimal and bold outfit wearing a leopard print bikini with a thong style cut string sitting high on the hips showcasing her toned glutes and long muscular legs. Paired with the bikini bottom was a white crop top that was wet and totally see through probably from a previous swim showcasing her chest clearly as she was not wearing any bikini tops or bra. Crazy. It ended just above the midriff showcasing her perfect six pack and obliques. Her but was defined and muscular but also thick at the same time. Her arms were toned not huge with some vascularity especially in the forearms. Her legs were long and toned with quad and calf definition. Her perfect six pack was definitely the star of the show imo as I let her know. She laughed and thanked me and then actually proceeded to lift her crop top a little higher almost flashing me and she fully flexed her abs making them pop out and inviting me to touch them. I also counted them which amused her. I’ll never forget that

Was in this one place where I ordered a blt and as I was waiting for my food there was this one lady who walked in. Not really muscular but she had a toned body looking at her arms. Kinda tall too. Was more annoyed at her tho cause she kept talking to the lady at the front and I knew it would take a good minute for me to get my sandwich lol.
I was in Dubrovnik, Croatia two days ago. Walking around the Old Town, I saw two different women (separate), walking around showing off muscular physiques. Lots of girls just wear bikini tops here, so it was noticeable on these women: defined lines on the arms and back. Definitely made dealing with this heat a lot easier.

I think I'm also in shock seeing her IRL.
Went to a museum recently on my vacation. Saw a really buff woman in a very skimpy outfit, think short shorts and a revealing top. Looked like a female bodybuilder. Then I saw her bf, who looked like an off season bodybuilder. Seemed like a wholesome couple.
I also saw a middle aged woman with surprisingly built arms when I walked past a gym to do some errands. Looked like a normal woman but with surprisingly muscular arms.
To me that would be the most mindboggling thing happening on this earth (ahh, galaxy, aahh, universe)!

Just the other day a researcher sat across from me on the train on the other side of the aisle and her arms were so defined. She was working on her paper I think along with, I think, her professor advisor. And today just outside the station a jacked woman was leaving an M&S carrying her groceries. Ah they’re everywhere. It’s too much! Haha. Summer.

I guess you're living in the London area, aren't you ? Not that there's galore of them but your chances of encounters always rise up at this time of the year.
I see 'em all the time milling about the gym near my job. And at Trader Joes which is also close by. See 'em quite a bit at the farmer's market, too. You may be surprised to hear that last one, considering the FM is usually a place for little old ladies, but mine is an exception. It happens to be situated where a lot of strong, sexy, Chun-Li-legged ladies hang around.
I might as well be looking at anime chicks, though. Because all these sexy muscle ladies are either taken (by men far stronger and/or more money than myself) or they just don't give a damn I exist. They don't even look at me.

I’ve seen by chance in the streets Sarah Aude Salbot two days ago. I’m still under shock. I think I can say she was the most amazing woman I have seen in my life and I have images of this encounter all the time in my mind. I have seen very few muscular women so far. I live in France and even in the gyms, truly muscular women are not so common. I’m in my 30s and that’s maybe only the third time I see one.
When I saw her I could hardly believe my eyes. The first thing that caught my attention was the veins on her massive quads, when she was walking across me. Then I noticed her incredible back and shoulders. What impressed me the most were her triceps. It was like every time she was moving her arms new curves were appearing on them.
Actually I didn’t know who she was before, but some quick search around the terms French and female bodybuilder quickly lead me to her name (which is still quite unbelievable to me). What strikes me the most is that looking at her pictures online she appears huge and well defined but not as astonishing as she was in real life. I really thought a woman that big couldn’t be real.
