There are only 2 explanations to go from an ugly to hot face: she either was morbidly obese and became fit/ muscular hence the glow up OR plastic surgery.
Anyway except some obvious diformities, it's difficult for a women to be ugly nowadays (make up & surgery) so the most muscular body is the hottest one, and most difficult to achieve.
i am not saying most of them were truly ugly they looked average. but they can't even compare to their current selves and some of them are quite old. so if they didn't start bodybuilding they would look quite ugly by now even if they look fine when they started. you got 50+ year old women looking 10000000x hotter than they did at 20 mind-blowing

Don't understimate the power of self consciousness, i.e. at 50 you know how to makeup, dress, magnify your positives and somehow hide your negative better that at 20. But of course that works for bb and not

Well this is one of the hottest of hot takes I've ever heard on GWM. Regardless of what specific look you prefer, or what specific shape she was in, she always possessed that cute as a button smile.
Alina's always been one of those women who was "X Factor Hot" to me. I wish there was more of her from the days when she had the punk rock short blonde hair, when she wasn't as ripped but looked even thicker.
The only girl I can think of who went from ugly to hott was Christine Fetzer (Christine Rocks). She went from a very masculine presentation in the mid 90s to a much more feminine one in the 2000s. No pictures of her mid 90s look on the site.
Tami Frazier is just barely on the site and I don't actually know of any strictly posing videos she did. Her body of work is mostly wrestling with a little bit of muscle worship. But although she always had some of the most aesthetic legs, for most of her career she had a very strange and unflattering hairstyle. She made a wrestling video for Utopia very near the end of her career with a much more normal hairstyle.
Most transformations I see, the girl already has a nice face before they become a GWM (Anastasia Leonova, Natalya Kovalyeva, etc)
