In my experience there are two distinct types of ab punching. First, girls with soft bellies, where the girl doubles over in pain, moaning, either real or fake. The second sector is punching hard abs where the girl takes the punch with little or no affect.
The first group is by far the largest judging by the number of videos that are available. The second group is rare to find girls, even with hard 6 pack that can take a punch. Even someone with a fantastic 8 pack, such as Oana Hreapca, probably couldn't take more than afew punches without conditioning.
This is bourne out by DarkFlicks site that has lots of videos of the first type and only a few of girls, such as Chasa and Cindy that can take a hard punch.
From what I've heard from some of the mainstream female muscle sites, the girls with great abs are just not interested in participating.
To be able to take a punch, it's not just about building a 6 pack, but conditioning to take a punch. This is what boxers, MMA fighters go through. However, some of the best I've seen is karate girls. Some of the best can take hard punches from men, with little affect.
There has been an uptick in girls with usable abs, as opposed to visible abs, getting punched. Belly Punch Aurora, GXT Videos (aka GeorgexTammy), Ace Ardour, @ryo_bcbk, etc. Some of the ladies in these videos might not be as physically jacked as the ladies you see on this site, but damn if they can take a punch.
Some of the asian girls on jouhouya68 in xcream site have really ripped abs and can take a punch. Other than that Veve Lane, Kortney Olson, TaperedPhysique and some others have great videos on clips4sale.
Did someone here tried punching a girl in the abs ? How did it feel ?
As you can imagine, punching a girls abs is not an everyday event. I can only remember it happening a few times and of course alcohol was involved.
The first one was a girl I worked out with and she had a solid 4-pack. I invited her and her sister over for a cook out. After several drinks and arm wrestling, I persuaded her to let me test her abs. I only managed a few punches as she was laughing, and stopped. Her abs were solid and there was a definite thud.
Another girl was a bit weird. This is the only time I've had a girl ask ME to punch her in the stomach. Unfortunately, it was just after dinner in a crowded restaurant. Obviously, I declined. Fortunately, I saw the same girl in a bar a few weeks later and she readily agreed without hesitation. She lifted up her shirt and I gave her 3 solid punches. She had a flat stomach, and there was some give. I stopped as I saw two guys moving to stop me. I did contact her the next day to apologize if I hit her too hard. She said it was fine and didn't hurt. I got the impression she liked it. I regret not taking it further as I'm sure she was up for a repeat.
The last occasion happened after work in a bar after a few drinks. The girl worked out nearly every day. I was complimentary about her body as she was insecure. In the bar I got her to show her abs and a few light punches. As we were leaving, I took the opportunity in an empty car park to punch her abs. She reluctantly agreed, and I did give her a hard punch. There was some give, but she didn't flinch or double over. I asked if I could try again. She said NO. The next day she did complain of a bruise.
I have a friend who recently made private sessions with Bianca Blance and Madison Swan for belly punching and light bondage work. He says their abs are tough and can take a hit. Previously my experience watching clips of them the punches are weak, but after seeing a few previews he was gracious enough to share with me, they are worth the money and hours he spent with them.

I am fully into the girls from category 2. Not more is much sexier in my eyes. Solid belly with abs, durability - that is pure strength. I love it. But very, very rare. I'd say only 2.5% of all abs punching material on the internet features somewhat this category 2
Yes, if it hurts her, if she whines or something like that, if she has a wobbly stomach and stuff - all major turnoffs for me.
And what I really dislike is when the punching is fake or to light. Ridiculous

Agree 100%
I believe that the reason there is so little category 2 material is because we are dealing with a kind of "vicious circle":
What do you think about this?
I like the idea behind it. But unfortunately, the punches are so soft, in all of the ab punching vids I've seen, that it ruins the fantasy for me. I can't help but think, if they have to hit them this softly, then their abs must not be as solid as I imagined. So I think ab punching is hot, but I haven't seen it executed well yet.
Veve Lane has vids where she takes a lot of good punches. She doesn't have the most defined six pack, but a lot of people who have fought her said she has insane core strength, and she must have a really high pain tolerance as well.
Also Chasa and Cindy from darkflicks also had one video each where the other woman couldn't hurt her in 30min of hard punches : again, not ripped six packs, but flat, strong looking stomach and a insane pain tolerance.
The only FBBs I've seen take a lot of hard punches without flinching were Annie Rivieccio and Christa Bauch in their prime.
But yeah, maybe a healthy amount of bodyfat on top of a really strong core is what's best to take hard punches.
Girls with six pack abs, such as seen on GWM, typically are in the fitness industry and their abs are a result of exercise and strict dieting. There are a lot of girls that have abs, but not visible due to a layer of fat. If you look at Chasa's videos, it appears she doesn't have any visible abs, but you can see ab definition as she tenses just before taking a hit. There are a lot of girls that compete in combat sports, such as boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and Karate who need strong abs to take a punch or kick. Check out female abs conditioning a group from mac110uk on YouTube. Very few of the girls have a defined six pack, yet can take solid blows with little affect.
Jill Lauren was asked why she didn't have more bodybuilders in her videos. She said even though they had defined abs, they couldn't take the punishment for any length of time. She said that having a layer of body fat is an advantage. Also, I feel that bodybuilders and girls in combat sports view ab punching as a fetish and a bit sleazy. There just isn't enough money to entice them to take part.
Check out abpunchingchallenge and ab.venturous on Instagram. There are some very good clips of ab punching.
I forgot who said it, but I remember one bodybuilder saying that he hated being asked to get punched in the stomach because everybody assumed that since he had a very defined six pack that he could take them, but in the few occasions he obliged getting punched hurt him pretty bad.
From what I've heard from some of the mainstream female muscle sites, the girls with great abs are just not interested in participating.
That's just it. Unless you are trained and experienced with taking them, getting hit there hurts and not a lot of bodybuilders, women or men, are going to want to do something that will cause physical pain. Training to take body shots involves a LOT of core work (crunches, hanging leg raises, Russian twists, etc) that bodybuilders either don't have to do with their training or only do a little of it. You can have visible and sharply defined abs without doing ANY core work. It all comes from dieting and having a low enough body percentage to see them. A heavyweight Olympic weightlifter like Sarah Robles, https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=t... who does a lot of compound lifts that require core stability, has stronger abs than, say, Michaela Aycock https://wingsofstrength.net/wp-content/upload...
Also, taking body shots also boils down to technique. In addition to doing a lot of core conditioning, boxers and fighters also take punches to the body and get medicine balls dropped on their abs to know when to tighten and brace their core.

Perfect description of why I really dislike fake punching of this kind. I cannot even understand why somebody should be interested in this sort of "abs punching".
Chasa was mentioned earlier in this thread by limoges and abman. I don't want to turn this conversation here into a fan thread for her, but would like to take her as an example of which boxes clips of abs punching should tick for me. Here it goes:
Since I have seen the clips featuring Chasa, her fantastic unique core with its abs and its shape, plus especially her unbelievable durability and toughness paired with her joyful taking, coolness and personality, I am still seeking for a successor to her. And I bet I am not the only one who has seen her and does this. Chasa's clips are now more than 10 years old and I continue to watch them over and over again plus the little extra joy coming from them for me. I watch them sometimes at regular speed, sometimes at lower speed and sometimes only picture by picture. I just can't get enough, almost an addiction of its own, hehe. Chasa was really, really unique. So sad that there isn't more material featuring her. Imagine she would have had onlyfans back than, and produced on her own. I would have paid the double as usual price for her clips.
And I bet Jill Lauren, as the producer of the clips with Chasa, was jealous of her. You can sometimes see it in Jill's face and hear it in her voice when she comments on Chasa's toughness and the outcome of the ab punching with her in these clips. That's not Jill acting, I'm quite sure of that. Just further proof of the uniqueness of Chasa's performance in terms of taking abs punching.
Coming back to my point of the discussion which basically is: not enough supply for my favorite style of ab punching material. It is a pity that the demand for real abs punching with the toughness and attitude a woman like Chasa had is not being covered by another woman like her. If only there would be a place where Chasa's fans could unite in order to foster finding and encouraging a successor for her!

Certainly, Chasa was one of a kind. Not only was Jill frustrated that she couldn't break her down. In Mississippi Pounding, Cindy was brought in on the second day, and you could see that Cindy was totally shocked. I'm sure she felt that she could get Chasa to quit. She really stepped into the punches using all her body and legs and Chasa just played with her hair and asked for "more." You could see that Cindy was trying to break her by the number of punches to the solar plexus. From what I heard there was supposed to be a follow up video shot with Chasa punching Cindy. Apparently, Cindy kept making excuses.
I'm sure there are some girls out there that could take Chasa's place. I've seen some girls in training videos take hard punches without any affect. The question is "Do they want to do it" and "Can they make enough money to cover their costs and make it worthwhile."
I have developed a decent collection of personal content. I am a huge fan of ripped rock hard abs (athletes tend to develop both, not just the diet skinny abs). I had an ex that would let me punch her abs while she rode me. She was a sprinter. Ripped. She could have boxed with no problem at all.
Anyone wanna discuss about punching on female abs? I'm not meaning post videos of abs punching, but to rather talk about it, like your opinion and all.
