Her page has had one new post on it, but that may not mean she is coming back to OF.
But, it might mean that there may the occasional post go there when she does a photoshoot. So, I'd still consider her as stopped on OF at the moment.
She did make a few posts yesterday about her body type and it seemed like it was a reaction from someone saying she has too much muscle. She also hasn't posted since 2022 so maybe it's a sign of things to come.

I tried. Bad experience with a custom (major ghosting). Had to go to support to get a response out of her. What I got was not what I requested. I questioned it, and then sadly got blocked.
I can't recommend now.
Looks like @avajones.fit is a scam. Not a word since agreeing to and paying for a custom. And it sounds like from the FAQ that Only fans won't do anything about it.
They will do something.
You can create a ticket with support stating "Content not received" (it is under the Tips section in the dropdown). If you can provide screenshots of the agreement for the custom, they can help chase the account. Not sure about refunds though.
