Is anyone else receiving an error page when using dropdown menus on this site?

I'll move this to "Bug Reports" if this happens to be more widespread than just my own experience.

I'm using Chrome on a Windows PC, and each time I try to use a dropdown menu (for example, next to "Order" under the advanced image search), I am met with the following error page:

If anyone is technical and having this issue, please can you see if you can share any stack traces from the console. At the moment I can’t reproduce it, so I can’t work out a possible cause.

I use incognito when browsing. Single tab. Still getting that error.

Actually I found this thread about the issue: https://issues.chromium.org/issues/335553723?pli=1

So it appears to be a bug in Chrome and they are working on fixing it.

In the meantime comment 16 has a workaround (commenting out a specific part in the Jquery UI code) which I've tried to do. It didn't obviously break anything; can people who were experiencing this before let me know if this fixed it?
