does knowing the fact that you are probably stronger than most of muscle girls is a turn off?

Jan 30, 2024 - permalink

If you weigh 140, which is low for your height and are really just an average guy, you are probably weaker than most fairly trained woman on roids. That includes even those who are a bit lighter than you. Considering the gwm featured in this site, and assuming you are really average and with no proper gym training, I'd say you'd be weaker than at least 65% of the girls here.

it is not low for my weight, i have friends who are 160 at 5'10 and they look fantastic. 65%? its more like 20% probably

I understand 5'10" often means 5'8⅓".

5'10" 160lbs strikes me as very slim unless your friends are UFC fighters or wrestlers cutting weight before a match. If you're teenagers I can accept it, but I'd be shocked if a full grown man was sustaining that low bodyweight with any significant muscle mass.

> If you're 5'7" and 140 lbs and not an athlete then you are too small to be stronger than 80% of the women on this site as you claim to be

you dont know what testosterone does to a man, its not just about growing muscles, the muscles of a man are stronger than that of a women. this is gonna sound like bait but a guy of my size is as strong a 180 pound muscular women. the difference is that big.

How much can you squat/bench/deadlift?

An average 150lbs guy (no training, office job) can't compete with intermediate/advanced female lifters, unless they're like 100lbs or come to the gym to take selfies.

Someone like leanbeefpatty probably has a 700lbs total, which means she mogs most untrained men, she's like 130lbs, natty attainable and isn't even a powerlifter, and some natty women in my gym lift bigger weights.

Strong women who have some size and have been lifting for more than 4 years are probably stronger than the vast majority of dudes, without even considering women on steroids, some women on this site are stronger than 99% of the male population.

Try benching 70kg, squatting 100 and deadlifting 140, these are decent numbers for 70kg women with 2+ years of powerlifting.

but these women are some outliers, i can guarantee i am stronger than 80% of women here

the average man is stronger than 99% of women and stronger than most female athletes. for me personally, this decreased my attraction towards them knowing that they are probably weaker than me. i am not a particularly heavy or strong guy(5'7, 140 lbs) but im sure i could overpower like 80% of women on this site just because i have testosterone. im wondering if this is the case for any other gwm fans

then why not just focus on the 20% who could overpower you?

Not possible, if you are 150lbs and have 0 training you're going to be weaker than most women here, unless they only use machines or are 100lbs.

Like I said, the average for a 70kg natural woman after 2+ years of lifting is 70kg bench, 100 squat and 140 deadlift.

Try lifting these numbers and you'll have your answer, I'm not talking about outliers, some women have good genetics and lift more than that.

Shortmac, you're a hero. That's a reasonable, no nonsense solution. Excellent suggestion.

Those of us with some imagination can expand that focus to 100%. I'm not trying to prove myself against a girl with or without muscle. One can easily "struggle", "strain", and "try" in a fantasy scenario.

Thanos also isn't real, but I enjoyed the Avengers movies despite that fact.

most of the women here havent trained for 2+ years

The "average man" is weaker (relative to bodyweight) than most women who focus on powerlifting, and if they're not too small they're actually stronger than most men too.

I'm 200lbs, 6'4 and regularly workout, and I'm definitely stronger than the average man, but some women in my gym outlift me by a lot in some exercises.

An average joe (unless he has insane genetics or is huge) can't outlift a 70kg woman with more 3+ years of training, unless she literally comes to the gym to chat with people she's going to deadlift 140kg, squat 100 and bench 70 at worst, and most men can't even come close to these numbers. If we're talking about wrestling martial arts come into play, and again, an average dude isn't going to sub a 70kg woman with BJJ or Judo experience, he's going to get chocked in less than a minute.

Lots of women on this site literally shit on 99.9% of the male population in all lifts, 3 plate barbell rows, 3+ plate bench, 50kg+ dumbbell rows for reps, these numbers are ridiculous, without even counting squats and deadlifts.

I’m convinced you are not being honest with your stats. 6’4 and 200 lbs is actually rather slim. If you are not stronger than most of the women on here being that tall, then you got dealt the weakest body in the world. You will not find any girl on here row 3 plates. I’ve worked out a gym with bodybuilders and have never seen 315 lbs rowed by women. I have seen 225 but the woman was a well known bodybuilder. Most fit women would not be as big as her. This all read like a “schmoe” fantasy…

exactly, even an elite male athlete will struggle to lift that

But I've never said I'm not stronger than most women on this site, and

.

I'm stronger than most men and women in general, but I'm still weaker than some women in my gym, simply because they're experienced powerlifters, I'll probably close the gap in the future but that's not the point.

If you lift regularly you know what I'm saying is true, some men here think small untrained dudes can outlift women who train regularly at 70+kg, it's not happening, period.

A 70kg+ woman with 2-3+ years of serious training will outlift most random/untrained men, if anyone believes different they either don't know anything about lifting or are straight up delusional.

nah. an untrained guy is already almost on par with even trained women. testosterone is a helluva drug

I never said they don't exist. I said that I've never seen female bodybuilders at my gym lift that heavy. Amandine is not your typical woman. Her row is incredibly impressive, but let's be honest, most women on this site won't be lifting that heavy. I will say she actually visited a gym in my city during one of her preps.

I can use my testosterone energy to gain unlimited strength.

Jan 30, 2024 - permalink

i mean it does help us a lot to be fair. i can do nothing as far as lifting weights for years but when i still randomly decide to do dumbbell curls at home, can do 45’s relatively easily. it’s rare to see even huge girls doing 45 pound curls. of course there are some who are really incredibly strong, especially the girls on heavy gear, because they eclipse a guys normal testosterone level i’d assume.

To answer the question, yes absolutely. I have absolutely noticed this myself.

My attraction to GWM is not only visual. For me it has a strong power dynamic component. The earliest I can remember noticing that I liked it was watching cartoons that had muscle growth sequences in as a kid. For me It's always been about the transformation and how it affects the power dynamic. Something about the other characters being kind of helpless whilst that much power is given to another character, who might not always use it for good, was and still is a hot concept to me. Even now, my favourite threads on GWM are the muscle progression, fastest transformation etc style threads.

Relating that back to the thread, when I was young and skinny (never been in a gym), virtually any girl on this site would be bigger than I was and that lent itself well to my power dynamic fantasies. Girls like Cass Martin and Julia Vins looked mind-blowingly massive to me, I could easily imagine that they would overpower me easily. Then, I got into lifting and over the years ended up bulking to 220lbs. This means I'm now almost 100lbs heavier the girls I used to imagine overpowering me and yes, it has taken the edge off of that fantasy. I mean the whole helplessness aspect of the power dynamic shifting is negated a lot by knowing that I'm not being overpowered by many on the site. The smaller fitness girls on the site are just not hitting the same anymore. These days it has to be "Dianna Blanchard size" and up for me to feel the same way, which is a shame.

This dude's just trying to get people to tell him how wrong he is and it becomes and argument and then blah blah blah.

Not falling for it. But nice try though...

They can outlift them in a few months lol. Why are you even talking about non trained males? Meaning non active. Theres guys who are runners who dont even lift seriously who can outlift female many powerlifters.

Relative “strength” is a misnomer. Actual weight lifted is strength. Were not comparing powerlifting.
