As the title suggests, I’m wondering if anyone’s wife or girlfriend has ab control skills like nauli, belly roll, or can stomach vacuum? I’m sure we’d all appreciate pics and/or vids if you have ‘em.

Possibly a “expand/push out“ option too? Lots of different possibilities with abs control.
