I would always assume anyone whose main claim to fame is instagram reels or tiktok videos is not going to have a worthwhile OF. It's most likely going to be a money-grab where they just sell you the same content they post to instagram. Since nobody has responded, you can always take the plunge and see

To be honest, I don't remember. I think you should have a look at her OF front page to see if she says someting about this. You will need to pay for one month to sent her messages. But it's not very expensive and there is a lot of content and not so much PPV. However, I remember I sent her a message and she never answered. From my pov it's one of the most interesting OF page.
At this point, just assume everyone's is. Do they send out multiple videos at all hours of the day in your DMs? Do they delete messages and re-send content that you didn't purchase (or even if you did purchase)? Do they use an excessive amount of emojis, call you daddy, and just randomly ask what you would do to them in x, y, z scenario? If yes to any of that, it's a managed account. An account run by the creator doesn't have the time to do all that, a managed account does
If you have to go to the creator for content, there's a good shot it's the creator running it. If they come to you without prompting, it's managed.
