They are but it’s basically negligible. It’s the bare minimum because the implants are so large

I second this! She has one of the best implant/pec combination I have ever seen! There are a few others like Monique Hayes, Hulda Lopez, Dayana Cadeau, etc.

I'm surprised Angela Salvagno hasn't been mentioned yet. She's the first one that came to mind when I saw this thread. Hopefully the pictures below are OK to post here.
