Who are the women who passed away??

Looks like he pulled a dirty delete and unfavorited all of his prior favorites, and deleted all but a few of the pics he had posted.

just need 2 screenshots really to out him to those people and heā€™d be done for, I donā€™t know why I find drama entertainingā€¦.

I can't say I ever really saw his interviews outside of a select few, but yeah ..this is most definitely a complete 180 from the way he presents himself.

I would LIKE to think that he's dealing with some major personal stuff that is making him lash out like this (we all cope with grief on different ways, after all), but yeah...this is essentially the point of no return, considering he's attacking the fan base that gave his platform fame. Yikes.

Huh, the difference in tone between his post in this thread and his Instagram comments not that much later seems bizarre. I don't even see anything in the thread before that point that would have led to it, aside from some people mildly disagreeing with him?

When you're on the other side of a debate, it's easy for you to say things which may seem relatively mild, but may piss off another person easily. I do not intend to get political in any way, but this is the best example I can think of; that is, partisan politics. Where members of one side may say things they all accept as true about the other side, but they underestimate how badly the other side will take it. Members of one side will get quite defensive when members of the other side say things about their side.

Something similar seems to have happened here.

Just like politics, when someone disagrees with you, people rush to defend their position, or get pissed at the other side. Some of our comments were critical of him, but even the less critical ones may came across as critical for the same reason a supporter of one party might get overly defensive towards members of another party.

That may have caused him to get annoyed and post what he did on his stories. After which which many members of this site decided to direct their anger towards him in the comments.

Again, I do not wish this to spiral into a political crapfest, but that was the best example I could think of.

As mentioned above, there's some very strong SiouxCountry vibes radiating off of this gentleman.

Also, in looking in the comments on his tattle-tale post, somewhat bewildered by the women who are shocked--SHOCKED, I say--that the half-naked pictures of themselves that they posted on the internet have been shared by others. Aren't a lot of Phi Beta Kappa keys clanking around there.

frankly is a bit concerning that they didnā€™t expect this to happen, like maā€™am did you forget the internet exists

I think one or two of the comments were a little accusatory but I didnā€™t feel most of it was out of line. Having that kind of back and forth without taking a criticism personally is part of life. Sure it depends on the tone or purpose with which it was said but there have been worse

It should go without saying that no one is to threaten the guy. Anyone who does is doing so completely without my backing, and if we find out here that you did that, we will ban you.

I don't think most people expect stuff they post to be spread outside of their followers, let alone on a fetish site - it's like the old bit about people finding out they're on wikifeet. I get it's what the site is made up of but I don't see the harm in letting women have the final word on whether their stuff is in the site once they learn about it.

Edit: it's also worth considering the overlap between bodybuilding as a sport, the idealization of strong/healthy bodies, and musculature as the object of a fetish. If you're committing your life to creating an aesthetically sculpted body you're probably not thinking about it as a sex object first and foremost and no matter what you do you're going to have to wear a bikini.

Who are the women who passed away??

Iā€™m wondering the same thing. Supposedly there are four of them but I havenā€™t heard a single name. Iā€™m not doubting itā€™s true, but itā€™s ridiculous to keep it a secret. Thereā€™s nothing about winning a trophy thatā€™s worth dying for.

Krissy Lia was on his podcast and passed away. Though that wasn't in the last 8 months.

Edit: another user has corrected me that she passed away two months ago

I don't think there is much distinction between followers and non followers when someone fancies themselves a fitness influencer. If you make a public instagram profile where you post photos of yourself you are making yourself into a public figure.

The best part is that how he is presenting himself now, is how many people always assumed he was. His anger at being found out is unwarranted. We always knew šŸ˜‚

This so much. If you don't want something public, don't post it on the internet. PERIOD. It's nearly impossible to control who gets to see something once it's posted online. Even if it is behind a paywall it will eventually get out.

My personal fave part is how he was very seriously broaching a subject that everyone brings up every year.

Doesnā€™t make his points invalid but saying ā€œweā€™ve gotta talk about steroids in wbbā€ like no one has mentioned it before he did is just funny to me. The points are still valid but this comes up every year and every year women get bigger and harder and are rewarded for it

Sorry but the way he presents the topic then straight away going into other topic and ranting about schomes is just disgraceful. And by lashing out and giving away this site like some sort of villainous thing, I question his motive is it really for the girl's sake or he has some other agenda. We all gather here because we like girls having muscles, no need to be some sort of white knight

What do you mean rewarded for it? In what way? I don't think there is any incentive for them to take more drugs outside of their own drive. It's not like we'd stop caring if they only took 75% of the stuff. Blaming this site in particular for the steroid abuse problem in WBB is completely missing the mark. The only one to blame is the federations that don't do drug testing like any normal sport.

As someone who had two friends posted on DD's youtube and had a positive experience with him, I can say I respect DD on the spot for giving that exposure to female bodybuilding.

But I cant say I respect the bashing of an entire website and labeling it off as a bad place. That is really disrespectful to Chainer (the website owner). Especially when Chainer and the mods do everything in their power to moderate as best as they can.

Also, as someone said before, posting on instagram is understanding that you are now in public domain and you cant be mad if the content circulates. Most fitness accounts want exposure and being on a podcast or being posted on a website like this has the benefit of acquiring a following and gaining some recognition.

And shame on the people who think feeding into the energy of attacking back is going to solve anything. Instead of pointing fingers, understand that being human means not always doing the right thing. It happens.

Just move on and do something that is only going to make a positive impact.

Very well said Dylan.

Also, once you register and compete in the NPC/IFBB, your info is out there. Name and pictures.

The IP conversation is hazy regarding Ig but I wouldnā€™t think weā€™d fall under the restrictions of usage since we arenā€™t using it to advertise anything. But most of the stuff posted is far less skin-showing than stage photos especially if youā€™re in bikini or wellness.
