Pictures incorrectly tagged "in a column"

I don't know if this is a bug, but I've been noticing a lot of pics that get incorrectly tagged with exactly "quads + sleeve + teen + traps + triceps", which all happen to be tags that appear aligned in a column when you open the tags pane (see screenshot).

I've seen this on pictures from multiple users, which is why I suspect this being some kind of bug instead of troll behavior, but I can't be sure.

I also checked his model name edits, but there were only 3 of those.

At the time I didn't think to check the edit history, I thought it was just random instances of different people misclicking, not vandalism. Then the thread got off topic.
