conditioning- striated massive muscle, the kind of detail that can only be achieved through heavy diuretic abuse, veins, striated glutes, competition ready 1 week out type stuff

freak factor- weird faces, abuse marks of steroid abuse, off body proportions, anything that marks this girl as being more monstrous or freaky from her contemporary, massive muscle monsters.
