My girlfriend sent me this from the locker room after an upper session today.
Damn. How much does she bench? Those are some strong pecs.

She only does incline chest press and cable flies for chest, as well as push ups. Doesn't train heavy, just solid mind-muscle connection and training until muscles are well and truly fatigued.
> > Look I’m not saying you’re lying but some of this is extremely unbelievable. Even if you’re just exaggerating. 5’1” 129 and curling 45lb dumbbells for reps? Also why are you switching between kgs and lbs? And also only 450 lb leg press while she’s that strong in other lifts? It just doesn’t add up really. Sorry.
Hey np if you don't believe me haha, I'm just living it and wanted to share. I also found most of these things unbelievable but she told me she's just always been naturally strong and has told me a ton of stories about it. This was all before she started going to the gym (7 years ago) and everyone basically just stares... her friends at the gym joke about chest day because she benches more than some of them and she's so small lol.
Congrats and thanks for sharing! What made her start going to the gym? It will be interesting to hear her story.

If he's from an area that uses kg, but he sees a lot of commentary on this forum using lbs, it's not so wild that he'd go back-and-forth unintentionally - trying to tell the story, but to make the story make sense for a large portion of his audience.
As for being very strong on one lift, but not on others, there's nothing unusual about that at all. There are girls doing 20 pull-ups with relative ease who are incapable of bench-pressing their bodyweight. There are guys who can bench 315 for reps, but who can barely do 8-10 pull-ups.
Off, that's a nice chest she has Ronnie

Hey man, that's exactly the case. We used to use lbs here like since I was born until some years back we adopted kgs and even though all the supermarkets and everything changed people still use lbs all the time.

Damn. What does she take? The upper chest developmemt is decent.
What stack does she run? Assuming she does.
She takes 10mg anavar on training days. She has run it for the past 12 months with no sides and bloodwork all fine. She has been training for about 7 years, which also helps.
Never thought I would be able to post here but after more than half of my life with no luck and just having an overall hard time with this type of physical look we all love I can actually say I hit the jackpot.
She's 5'1 latina, 129lbs with 14inch guns, her whole body is just out of this world, still can't believe it.
This is all I can share for now but you get the picture 😬
Impressive
My dear god, does she compete?
No, she just enjoys training and being strong. No interest in competing. She stays this shape for most of the year.
Took a hike with my fiance in the Appalachians recently, where she showed off her big traps and back. This is unflexed. She's been powerlifting and is clearly getting bigger. I'm a very happy guy.
Great posts recently, everyone -- really happy to see other men here living the dream!
Big traps and wide muscular back indeed, was this the view you got when hiking up, you’re a lucky guy
A little snap while she curled a bit outside Love my wifes thiccnes…. It matches good on her
