Can also confirm about her sketchiness. I inquired about a custom and she never answered. Didn't hesitate to sell her sextape PPV though.
She's alright if you want a custom video. I wouldn't recommend chatting though, feels like she's using a chatbot and you'll just be sent expensive ppvs, used to be better.

I subbed for a few days, just to check it out. I can't really complain about a free page, but honestly I unsubbed only because of her automated bot messages spamming my inbox 10 times a day.
If it wasn't for the impersonal bot 'chat' I would definitely still be subbed and most likely purchased a custom.

Scarlet Light is my favorite OF model right now. Once you get through to her at a personal level, she's really nice for conversation and repartee. Her customs are nice, with great production values, but definitely a bit on the pricey side. If she's your cup of tea, though, it makes for some good guzzling.

I think it's great feedback. Even if you are using a bot or manager to communicate with clients, it helps to not make it SOUND like it's a manager or a bot.
