> That must be so embarrassing for them.
Why 🤔🤔🤔
I know times are changing, slowly. But I still think the average man would be embarrassed to be beaten by a woman at any strength related contest. Or am I totally out of touch?
I know it depends on the individual. I wouldn't be embarrassed, but I think most men have fragile ego's when it comes to being overpowered by a woman.
I arm wrestled one bodybuilder pictured on here, though I'm quite certain that all she did was hold her position. She's so strong that if she had beaten me it wouldn't have bothered me at all. But I used to playfully arm wrestle another woman who was also a bodybuilder, though not as big. She did have tremendous arms and upper body strength in certain areas, but her overall body wasn't that much bigger or stronger than mine. Remarkably our strength at the starting position seemed almost identical. With her, I think I would have hated to actually be taken down to the table as that would have implied either a lack of effort on my part, or maybe just a failure to stay in shape. Both women had incredible personalities, by the way.
I armwrestled a lot of girls in my life most of the time I won, but I lost also several times and I wasn´t embarassed at all!! So every man has decided for himself, if he is embarassed or not!!
Exactly
I think most take is from the sports / competitive side and have no problem with .
A damned i lost or something like this reactions are not embarrassing for me , just a competitive reaction I do too when ecpected to win but did not
This is the strategy Deb Banaian used against Christy Resendes to beat her in competition.
Still crazy that christy lost
Still crazy that christy lost
She was the victim of Deb's smart strategy and incredibly powerful biceps and forearms. Deb used those muscles to prevent Christy from pinning her till Christy's shoulder muscles tired. She then shifted her emphasis so she could use those muscles more and her biceps and forearms less, and top roll Christy over. Deb's shoulder muscles were still fairly fresh, so she was easily able to take Christy down in a top roll. Strategy has won a lot of wars, including this one! As far as I know, it's legal.
Yes it is legal to use the own strengths and use the oponents weak pionts for get a advantage 😇
A good way to beat stronger oponents
Can u share a story if a good struggle u had at fibo?

Of course it is 100 percent legal. Endurance is a huge part of arm wrestling.
Also, I haven't seen the match, but a toproll is more of a hand pronation, back pressure, outside move. Usually when we refer to shoulder we are referring to inside moves.

I may have the wrong terminology, but I think we're basically on the same page. Deb changed the muscles doing most of the work in order to conserve energy in the muscles that pulled Christy over for the win. By then she could give only minimal resistance.
Impressive Liesbeth. Some male reactions must be worth it going all out for the win. Their mixed emotions (if they really want to beat a strong woman) going from a winning position to suddenly struggling like mad to resist your strength must be priceless. With men you know you have a chance to beat, do you or they ever offer to make an arm wrestle a little more interesting in form of a small bet Liesbeth?
Most men i armwrestle i dont know lol 🤣
When work at booth on Fitness / BB expos often men ask for armwrestle especialy When seen me armwrestle before at the booth.
At my dancer Job normal after Show when we dancer girls enjoy the Festival between the Fan crowd. Many noticed that i have some muscles seen me on stage and as dancer for Metal i do frequently flexes at the Show and lifting moves with my dancer girls so it is obvious that the Fans ask for a flex and armwrestle.
But are there Realy mixed emotions at armwrestle me, 🤔i think NO , most want to see what i got and have fun. Yes most try to win but there are Not the typical GWM nedrs Fantasies in Focus if loose or win. Normaly Show some respect and have fun with the typical reactions i wrote before
And most there is no struggle for me whe get in a lil (1/4 to Max 1/3 down) disadvantage Position for push back, this is Part of my techique at armwrestle like this. Just let Power out the opponent for beat him. Attacke cost more energy than defense / hold and most people are not used on muscles work this way so Power out Quick. My muscles are used on hard Training and a good strengt enourence so it is easier for me to Stopp a stronger opponent arm at a Position i can use my strengt enourence For Power him out. For my size and weight i curl Pretty heavy so it is good for me to bring the stronger opponents arm into a Position my muscles are used on work on heavy weights, like curl a weight. So i can use my bicep and Arm strength enourence to Stopp and hold the push until the opponents push get weaker, then is the moment to mobilize all muscles for beat him This hold power is something i be training frequently with my man for. I get in the defense Position and He pushes as hard i bei able to resistent until muscles fail. Most we do this 5 times on right and left at one Training Session This is enough and muscles are burning as hell after
Liesbeth, have you ever beaten a man who has had an advantage (genuinely moved your arm down) and you have comeback to beat him?
