My gf have the best biceps I've ever seen. She loves to flex to me and loves me to touch it, squeeze it and do whatever I want.
Her biceps are sooo strong and the rest of his body is so hard. She gets very horny when I ask her to flex.

Wife has had some health problem that required surgery. Nothing serious but could not train and lost some muscle. Now back at it. Gain muscle fast. Acctualy harder than ever. 26 cm (10 1/4”) unflexed. 30 cm (11 7/8”) flexed. Super hard 15.5% flex increase. She is aiming for 24-25 cm unflexed and 29 flexed and more definition. Can’t wait.

Quick Update on my wife… She still lifts at home multiple times a week. She now uses bands and does abs almost every day. She has definitely improved her stamina and strength over the last year plus. Most recent story beyond beating my ass at almost everything, involved a female co-worker of mine. It was a business casual place and we were having a double date of sorts. Two married couples just getting some time away.
My coworker asked the wifey what workout methods she uses and what other types of training. Nothing earth shattering since she did look good showing off her arms. I had never told my co-worker she beat me at armwrestling, but my friend the next couple days complimented her physique and said she started to message my wife and at some point my wife mentioned that she had me beat in a few areas strength-wise. Her modesty on display, so my co-worker just laughed and said that she took that to mean that she has me beat at every body part and I reluctantly said, “Pretty much, yes.” To then my co-worker arm wrestled me, which I won easily…Fast forward to a couple days and my wife heard about the match, filmed one of the many slaughters she gave me, and sent the video to my co-worker with the caption, “I got him back! He knows better!!!”
I don’t know my co-worker’s response to the wifey, but the next time I saw her she just looked at me flabbergasted and said, “(Wife’s name) is incredibly strong! Clearly stronger than even I thought seeing her at the dinner. I understand why you put in long hours now. Save yourself from daily beatings”
