Their memories will last as long as a post is up really. What he’s been doing is no different from any of the Twitter nonsense over the last few years but at least he tries to communicate directly with them, offers them a chance for rebuttal.
Some of the larger posts usually have substantial receipts, unlike this one. But I think he will probably go after the one who was trying to be her if he cares about it since this person has now pretended to be 3-4 different women.
He just posted another update responding to her comments. He still has doubts about her claim that it’s a fake profile. He points out that her husband had followed the account and linked to it in his Instagram profile. There’s also the fact that it has the exact same name as her Instagram profile and more followers than the Tiktok profile she claims is actually hers.
She also mentioned “social media police” were investigating the issue, which he cast suspicion on. What even is that and this would not be a high priority case for police at all.
Overall, it’s very weird and I don’t know who to believe now. I started this thread with “claims” because it’s just that, there’s no hard evidence it’s her yet, but I’m starting to lean on the side that this was her helping her husband groom impressionable women into sending him nudes. That sounds weird, but some of these people have done far worse thing, including with kids.
The age old saying ' Not all that glitters is gold' feels appropriate here.
yeah i had totally misunderstood commentors saying the thing about her husband. i thought they were talking about on Instagram, and not tiktok, but it's weird that he would be tagging that alt account. i don't post there so idk if he copy/pasted a caption from IG if it would default to one way or another (@blondeyy101 vs @Emma Hartley).
what i do know about him is that he participates in her OF but it's as boring as boring gets. its certainly possible that he's into buff chicks but if this fake person WAS him or was working with him, judging by the OF content it's a lot of butt stuff. not like sex, just pics and videos of her butt.
the fake number that pretended to be Gabby was a 532 area code so either way east in NorCal or Iowa. Not sure how someone in AUS or NZ would get a hold of a number like that or need one unless he knows someone with that code.
unless they start tracking IPs i doubt anything will come of these except a little embarrassment that she wasn't really in control of her own brand lmao

Her parents are definitely wealthy. She's had extremely expensive surgery that they almost certainly paid for out of pocket because the criteria for insurance to cover it is very selective.
Honestly, I don't understand her appeal. She's a 6 on a good day, all of her pictures have the same dead eyed, vacant expression and her "physique" is nothing more than a bicep pump and good lighting. To each their own, though.

Being wealthy can buy one position and followers, but cannot buy quality engagement and certainly cannot manufacture sales.
Even if one has a name and sufficient resources, starting from zero may look different, but it is a thing.
And then, at the moment I'm writing, Goob has been removing Emma's stuff again. On the other side, Emma on her own IG seems to be devastated by the whole sht. Honestly I don't know where the truth is but... Isn't this whole thing a little too much? Something's wrong in this whole thing. My personal sensation - and nothing more then a sensation - is that this bf (not sure if Emma is married or just into a relationship) doesn't have a very good influence in her life. Even pretty much before then Goob sniffed out something, many things started being strange after her bf. The OF thing for example, some kind of captions and stories... Not accusing anyone, I can't claim any fact in particular, just an overall feel that since Emma bf (or hubby - not sure) appeared into her life, also some sht happened. Whatever... If Emma should explain some things, Goob should equally think twice before destroying others unless 110% sure of real guilt. Socials shitstorms are heavy stuff. I just hope both haven't crossed the line. If there's stuff to report and bring attention to some "dark" things, let's do that, but I would be really extra carefull when things are getting really heavy.
You know, one thing is pointing out some photoshopped pics, another thing is accusing people about serious, heavy scams. Dunno where the truth is, not sure how much I care, but this whole thing is already sad to me, on every side I'm watching it.

She posted a video of her and her brother reading some of the weird DmS she gets a while back and she doesn’t seem like the type that would open and OF, but really the account seems like it’s run by him. Idk. It’s possible he’s the one behind the side account too.
I hope goob doesn't quit or get banned over this. he has exposed a lot of bad people. But maybe he was wrong here.
That's why I made my earlier comment. It's arguable as to whether he's doing more harm than good.
These women aren't quite celebrities, at least in the traditional sense of the word. And as with anything, there are two sides of thought as to whether their private lives should be under intense scrutiny, or whether they should have been better prepared for such scrutiny because of their status.
She posted that it’s not her running that account, asked people to report it, and also said that she will contact the police about this. She also posted a video where she is distraught and crying from these allegations and Goob has since removed his videos about it. Still hard to say, but I think she is telling the truth and that it wasn’t her. Either way, goob should do more due diligence in his reporting on things like this and at the very least ask for a comment from the person in question before he post his videos.
If she does turn out to be innocent, he could be fucked and have his own reputation ruined as being a gossip monger more than an investigative journalist type.
He's got a law degree, so he should know what he can and cannot say without corroboration. He's not dumb, but sometimes he does present himself as the smartest guy in the room type. A lot of things in life are either/or, but most are not. I haven't seen all his work, but many of his posted arguments are built around the excluded middle.
I absolutely agree he should have reached out to Emma before running with the gossip, but it's highly unlikely there would be any sort of defamation claim against him. Even if she could prove he was negligent, she's usually in Australia or S. Africa, and he's in NY.
Overall, I think he does more good than harm, but he missed the ball this time. The fact that his first thought wasn't "obviously fake account" when all the available evidence screams "obviously fake account" is cause for pause.
i think part of the issue this time around is that he posted it in the middle of the AU night, so by the time she had seen any messages or comments (or the post) it had been up several hours and people had already been pinging her. if she was stateside she would have seen it far sooner and would have been in contact with him i'm sure. it certainly seeems like whoever is bothering her is stateside, though, i wouldn't go to great lengths to get in touch with someone from a world away for half nudes. who knows.
in a vacuum goob is probably a lawful neutral, but a lot of the people that follow him that go and comment en masse drag him to choatic neutral, but people gonna do what they gonna do. same shit as if any influencer with a large enough following goes and tries to harrass someone for "insert reason".

Agreed that the time difference is definitely a factor. But as for his invitations to go live, a guilty person won't (with few exceptions) and an innocent person shouldn't.
He removed it, some kind fishy going on behind the scenes... Later on, a he posted another short story from a follow up... Since then radio silence... I think someone going on court...
If he had a law degree, he should know differences between US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand laws... Because in few countries that behaviour scratch defamation which could finish at court and faces with some hefty finds, if he loose... We are not judges here, let's figure out what might say the authorities here...
I would not assume there will be any litigation here anytime soon, if ever. Unless she already has a NY-based attorney, she would need to locate one in order to initiate any sort of civil proceeding. With rare exceptions, if she's representing herself, she would be the one filing the suit.
Goob is an A-HOLE!!!!! He should have waited and done his research before openly attacking an innocent women. Someone needs to do a video on him and see how he likes it...
I did not see the videos he posted about Emma, but I did see her response to them - that was genuine heartbreak. There was a huge difference in how Emma responded compared to the way Jessica did.
Attacking the real person over what an OBVIOUS troll did should tell someone he's not quite as smart as he thinks he is, but even smart people should know what "due diligence" means by the time they're 30.
I'm NOT AT ALL surprised that so many of his "people" reached out to him to complain about the fake. People are stupid. You all know that. But among HIS people, he's supposed to be the smart one who can look at the available evidence and be like "that's probably fake". I don't know exactly what was sent to him, but based on what you guys have posted here, it should have been CLEAR AND OBVIOUS that this was fakery.
Yes, he should, but he likely won't. Currently it's only arguable at best as to whether he's doing more good than harm, so for him it's just going to be business as usual.
Too late. But people do have short memories so he'll be fine in the end.
