Her name was Paris Freed. She sadly passed away in 2016, so perhaps a family member requested it be removed?

It was removed for being from a paysite, and seeming to not be a free preview clip.

The question is where it's from originally, at first I thought it was Paris Freed's Ray Martin video 34, "The Arm Bending Gymnast" (note the second preview photo), but that doesn't seem to actually be it since this scene doesn't appear anywhere.

The actual source seems to be Tom Jackson's Private Collection video TPC-24, "The Bionic Girl-Next-Door". She's only credited as "Paris" in it, making it harder to track down.

So, there's a source if anyone wants it. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be one of the Premiere Productions videos available on http://www.toughgirls.com, which generally has better video quality for their downloads than the https://www.premierproductionvideos.com site.
