Damagecontrol, I can't believe how great Eshain looks. What is her biceps routine now?
We do a standard pull/push/leg split, twice a week with one off day. Pull is Back and Biceps (6 Back and 4 Bicep exercises), Push is Shoulders, Chest, and Triceps (4 Shoulders, 3 Chest, 3 Triceps), and Legs (4 Quads, 4 Hams, 2 Calves). All 3x12, except for some legs which are 3x15. Takes about 90 minutes per day.
