Yeah they are hard and just have size. Like she washes dishes in the sink and they bouncing around. She calls them the hoof. Kinda like a cows hoof lol. She is working on her biceps but they arenβt like her triceps.
yes, my wife has muscular legs and arms. She is taller and much heavier than me. during our last arm wrestling match, she defeated me with her left hand, with her right hand it was a draw. very proud of her

A girl I used to date a while back. Not overly muscular but amazing forearms and calves especially. When she'd be sitting, toes pointed to the ground and heels up, her calves wouls jump out of her legs like grapefruits
Here's a other picture of her monster calves when we were at a bar. Lighting wasnt great but man does that ball of muscle stick out!
None really . Thats the thing. All natural, no effort. When we dated she was a bartender so I guess walking, walking in heels, serving trays.. idk. She was always shy to show them off though.
Managed to find a picture of her forearms. Doesn't really do them justice but they still look pretty nice.
