Several older videos were lost during the site migration to the new platform back in 2016. Some were corrupted, some were incompatible, and some just disappeared without a trace. Others were lost/disabled when the models deleted their accounts.
We know it's hard to lose a video of a performer who is no longer active, but let us know what you lost and I'll see what we can do. Please email help@herbicepscam.com.

In some of their cases, might also be personal reasons too. I remember one person went topless, but no C2C, preferring to flex their body only.

Sometimes, the profiles disappear then reappear.
If you logout of HBC can you now find her profile? If she does reappear then that would suggest that she has banned you.
Sometimes the site does appear to have issues and models disappear. and this can be fixed by logging out, closing the tab that was holding HBC, deleting all cookies relating to the site and then log back in again. I only notice this when it affects models that I have on my favourites list.
As someone who's been spending a lot of time and money on hbc, here's my honest opinion:
Pros:
Like or not, it's the best and basically only webcam site dedicated to muscular / sporty girls. Sure, you can find a few on other cam sites such as Chaturbate, but those in good shape are extremely rare and they are generally clueless about the stuff guys like us prefer.
The model's profile page has dedicated sections for stats such as weight, height and athletic background.
There are plenty of model-made videos at pretty affordable prices, especially if you have also stack the VIP discount. Some girls even have videos which only cost 10 credits. It's true that there are some insanely overpriced ones too.
You can find girls with martial arts experience, something very rare (although there are plenty who lie too).
Cons:
I think most of the cons actually stem from the small amount of users on the site. Since free chats are mostly empty and people rarely tip, most girls won't move a damn finger unless you go private, even if you do tip.
This private-centric business model makes things pretty awkward. If you enter a room you are expected to go 1:1 or gtfo.
Unlike Chaturbate for instance, most girls would not be willing to do anything besides ultra quick flexes in free chat, even if you tipped big.
It's hard to be willing to pay $5-$8 / minute unless you have at least a rough idea of what you're getting. Some models sit there fully clothed or with only their faces showing. You go private and after you're milked of $20-$30 they stand up or do what you asked (again, this is the case for some, not all).
It is true you occasionally run into time-wasters and, although very rarely, outright rude ones.
Some girls either have poor internet connections or bad cams (or it may be a server issue, don't know).
A few suggestions in my humble opinion:
Email notifications would be nice, especially for when certain models go online.
I wish the search function worked on the text on their profiles / videos too, not only the model name.
The tags idea someone mentioned here sounds pretty cool. Or at least incentivize them somehow to write in their status / description or rules page a clearer list of what they're willing to do or not.
Maybe a tip menu and tip goals (like Chaturbate has) would make the free chats more lively and thus draw more users to the site? I remember a few occasions when Carolyne (and I think Noah too) said she would do a flex show in free chat. The room was packed with like 60 or 70 people and the goal was reached.
To the users who had bad experiences, some great performers in my opinion are:
Monstress (she wastes 0 time)
Candy Marsh (also wastes no time, looks great, very sweet personality)
Queen B (as far as I remember also wastes no time)
Katya Peaches (very polite, writes fast, amazing karate skills)
Curvy is also very sweet, looks great, talks with her voice and does something no other model does - she prefers to go Premium first and never goes straight to 1:1. She also does shows with other people (Nick and IFBB Pro)
Strong_And_Tasty - Also polite and very sweet in private, great bjj skills As a fbb and s cam model on hbc and occasionally other sites
1- most models charge a lot more on sites other than hbc as hbc gives us s high percentage of our earnings
2- 10/20 credit tips i over perform for tips however the previous secret tip thing can cause issues 3- hbc has a very very different free chat vibe than other sites I let ppl sit and chill in my free chat but my god hbc does get tedious as people camp out in your free chat 4- hbc has by far my most favourite regulars and I love it there compared to anywhere else Iāve worked ( I donāt lie ) 5- from a models point of view - itās not a sex site it can be but personally I donāt tolerate that outside of 1 1 so that line between respect and money can be a bit tricky 6- hbc i need breaks lol girls will log on and off because frankly if Iāve spent 15 minutes being a werewolf I need a moment before I can be anything else 7- tech issues - itās so funny when ppl complain about this on hbc - given the scale of hbc I can honestly say itās a really well ran site

I have found that HBC is on the higher end of the spectrum in regard to pvt rates. Furthermore, my experience with HBC's free chat has been quite frustrating at times because some models don't seem to understand what its purpose is. Some models are reluctant to engage in conversation in free chat while others will ban you if you sit too long without saying anything; this is an abuse, in my opinion. If HBC did not have the biggest models you could possibly find on the internet, I would never use it.
