I dislike tiktok and Instagram i don't get why they are so popular but if there are many beautiful strong female bodybuilders on there i will use them reluctantly.

Both platforms are popular, because visitors get a TON of quality content for the simple investment of a few seconds of their time using a device that's already in most people's hands. All the boring, self-serving stuff one must scroll past to get to the good stuff is a tiny price to pay.
