Venezuelan singer Azabache was always proud of her abs and she showed them off every time she got the chance. This ab flex comes from an interview on TV. Unfortunately the video has the quality you'd expect from a YouTube video more than 10 years old (and Azabache herself seems to have become... either politically engaged or utterly deranged, depending on your opinion.

Although this educational video is entirely acceptable to YouTube since its upload 12 years ago I'm uncertain if it will be removed by the administrators of this site?
Anyway, it's a short clip uploaded by a plastic surgeon to illustrate how breast augmentation surgery where the implant is placed under the pectoral muscle results in breasts that can be moved when the recipient flexes her muscles.

Sry but what exactly didn't you understand about the term "flexing" in those videos?
hey, I thought I'd start a lil thread reagrding flexes you might have come across without actually looking for one.... sure there are a lot of workout and posing videos on youtube but there are so many others too - and if u come across a nice flex there lets put it here...
