I wouldn't say you have to be an elite fighter, but you definitely need to be well trained.

Sheena is an accomplished martial artist, she is a judo black belt who did competitions, she also does wrestling, kickboxing, MMA

Personally I'm glad my two faves are are now gaining so much main stream attention because the more eyes that are on them the more girls/women will want to become bodybuilders which is good for the community.. Just don't use your wife as publicity or you might scare your main audience away. 😔

There was a story in The New York Times today about this "power slap league." It featured Kourtney; she said that she had a concussion after being slapped so hard and had trouble swallowing for a few days. She said that she would never do it again. It was pointed out that a mixed martial artist from Poland died from this stupid "league." I don't know why TBS is televising it (as the article stated), and I don't know why the Nevada Athletic Commission sanctioned it, but maybe it's because the Fertittas are in their back pockets.
