Yea on Instagram it's best not to interact with anything. they banned my account because they thought i was spamming. All i did was follow a a lot of people. and i left a few comments in broken Spanish.

Before sites like Instagram became the de-facto place for bodybuilders and fitness athletes to show off, there was Bodyspace from Bodybuilding.com. This woman, Laura Gordon aka ChickenTuna, was I believe the most-followed female bodybuilder, and was active for decades.

Her last Instagram post was back in 2018, and that’s it. Dropped off the face of the earth. All her profiles are still up, but she hasn’t had any activity since then.

She was a huge fav of mine. Her abs were simply stupendous.

I saw her on herbicepscam no more than a month an ago. Still looking good...real good. Haven't seen her on since then though.

Miho Shibutani has been pregnant for most of 2022 and I imagine she's due any day now. Not sure if she's ever going to pick it back up and get those abs back.

She is still on IG. She has lost a lost of size due to some health issues but still looks great.

And they deleted severals of her pics, uploaded by herself (Yes, she was active here)...And she asked for the second time to be removed. I don't think was only about her OF because her IG is locked too.

I miss Tina Nguyen, Rachelle Cannon, Jeon Soo Jin, Michelle Lewin, Jamie Eason and Vanessa Dominguez.

Tinas still around apparently got divorced recently, I wish she'd get back into competing but it seems like she needs some time to heal.
