Removed from the blacklist at her request.

Man. Late to this, but come on. Women who ask to be removed from the blacklist will just go right back on it once they feel they have "made it" or inevitably face the same issues that made them go out of their way to contact you in the first place. E.g. Michaela Viscido, Jessica Sestrem.

I'd say remove them from the blacklist if they ask, but don't give them free advertising by making a thread.
