Do you have anything new coming out with Kalli Sheppard?
So I went back and looked and saw that Rick Oliver submitted Kalli's first ever shoot in 2017 when she was 22. Its before she flew down to Vegas a few times to work with us, and I was taken with how amazing her arms look, how strong she was and how much she enjoyed flexing for the Rick (and the camera). We did publish one VOD from the shoot, but after reviewing, I'm realizing it was only some studio and outdoor posing, and it was dubbed and didn't really showcase what a find she was like some of the other footage. We meant to publish the rest later, but never got around to it after having so much of her from our fly-ins with her.
Anyhow, I just published the first of 2 new VODs of her from this shoot. Its raw, no dubbing, real gym moments, with the first called "I Love To Flex" which she says out loud several times, its a biceps video with a few sets in the gym, pumped posing and you can hear Rick, who has been shooting for decades, reacting to her astounding physique in real time. He says "holy shit" and other similar things cause he can't help but react.
We are still running the 50% off all VODs, so the price is cheap...hope you enjoy it if you decide to check it out. I'll post some of the screen grabs to the site as well.

The next one will be pullups, chest work, side chest and most muscular heavy...both have some talking and I think its cool to have the youngest version of Kalli on tape doing Kalli things so naturally well.

To answer the original question favourite VODs are from the 2020 Anne Mohn shoots and Marjorie Beck shoots.
You previously teased content from the 2020 Ericka Morgan shoot and that more Alex Mossbarger VODs are on the way. Any chance those could be moved up the pipeline?
Hey Kevin, I remember you from the HB Boards (I think). The Cope 2022 is a mistake. I must have checked a wrong box when I posted the VOD today.
We also published some Emery Miller footage today that I believe was never published before, but it’s from more than ten years ago. She looks awesome and near or in contest shape, so glad to put it out as it’s good stuff and represents Emery well.
Mostly, we are releasing a VODs shot in the last 20-40 months. And then we dig into the archives occasionally and find things never published or that need to be republished.
Hey Mike, yes I definitely was on the HB Boards and have been a long time member off and on for years. When you launched HB+, I signed up for a one year membership and renew it each year. I mainly like purchasing the VODs at a discount, for being a member. I am planning another bulk purchase of VODs during the Holiday deal with a 50% discount. When the 50% discount deals end, would you ever have a bulk VOD purchase discount? Thanks again Mike to you and your star photographer, Sean, for making such great content.

How about Asha Coulthard? Sean had done a shoot with her a few years back that looked amazing. I was hoping that was eventually going to show up on herbiceps, but I have never seen anything since.

Sometimes Sean does shoots with women and its not for HerBiceps. That may be one of those.

I'm seeing an Ericka Morgan shoot from the 2020 Arnold that appears to be unedited...boy, she does look great...though its just posing, will order edits

A bulk discount, what would you suggest?

The bulk discount I had in mind would be 10% discount on a bulk purchase of at least 5 VODs. I don't recall where I saw it, but the bulk purchase discount for VODs was mentioned by someone else. It would entice members like me to purchase more VODs. In fact, in the past, I did receive a 10% discount, which equaled 50 credits, when I sent a message through the site to see if they could provide a bulk purchase discount. I don't know the software coding effort it would take to apply an automatic discount for bulk purchases of VODs part of the calculations at checkout, but it would be nice.
For VR videos, could you simultaneously post a non-VR clip of the same shoot alongside them? I am interested in many of the girls that you post VR clips for but I also have no interest in getting a VR device.
I'd have put a more generous bonus, but I'm not sure how to implement one...I mean, it would take some new coding logic, for sure...I'll definitely keep the idea in mind and will try and think of a way to incorporate that kind of discount

when we do a VR, we really do want the model looking into the VR camera area and focused on that...that way, it really really feels like they are right in front of you
The content of the videos is really just meant for VR...I'm not sure it would translate well to non-VR and also, we have plenty of that content too...so I think we will likely not try to kill two birds with the one stone, although its a pretty good suggestion

@radek Have them start producing short movies with the girls acting? I don't know about that. As cringe as the TKS videos are (imo), I think their actors actually do a fairly decent job and the cinematography is also pretty good. I've seen some HB videos where they'd act out scenes, but the acting is always horrible. Plus, HB's camera abilities leaves a TON to be desired. You have camera zoomed in too close to the wrong things, cameraman running all over the place ending up with shaky footage, etc. So, I probably wouldn't bother with a 27 minute HB video. I'd be fine with the short videos at a lower price.

Same question I have, I've noticed that videos lately are getting shorter (or may even be re-releases) while also getting more expensive, and I feel that the quality of the videos has been poor lately. If these clips were $3-$5 I would be more willing to forgive short videos with poor camera angles and spliced together photo shoots but not at $8 to $12. I get there is a return policy, but I would also rather just have quality content at a good price.

Well, as a VIP on HerBicepsCam, you would get 25% off the price or as a HB.com member, you would get 20% off the price. $12.50 before the discount is generally our highest end pricing and indicates a special or rare model and/or special or rare content, its partly a value judgment on our part. Our lowest prices are $5-6 (pre-discount) in general and most of our videos are marked either $7.50, $8.50 or $9.50. Credit prices correlate to 75, 85, or 95. After the discount, those prices work out to approx $6-8 each and in the case of the videos priced at $12.50 or 125 credits, it would reduce to $9.40-$10. The price level could also be because of several other factors including the running time of the video, the age of the footage (we release older stuff newly edited or first-time published and usually that impacts the price we charge).
But it all boils down to one major thing, and that's what we think the videos are worth, and what will result in max revenue...over time...our goal is to sell several hundred of these videos per year per customer, for those that can afford it...but always to deliver "consumer surplus". Almost all of our customers are repeat customers, and we are privy to the sales data...so the usual answer as to why we do things, is because people like it and it sells. And we like making our customers happy. We don't try to be hollywood level production value or do 30 minute long feature films with the girls. We are more interested in having fun with them and the fetish, and getting them to deliver as much as they are happy to do and pay them well. When we sell more videos, we can pay the models more money, and keep the production train going.
Now Berni Bernadetta was fantastic as a model, with some of the most distinct and peaked biceps we have worked with in the last few years. She's blonde, she's charismatic and she loves doing this stuff. She was a really enthusiastic armwrestler and flexer, and I think this video is pretty special. You'll get to see a premium muscle star basically owning a skinny guy in a few different ways and showing off incredible biceps. If it was just a bicep video, we would likely charge 85,. If it was just a bicep and comparison video, we might charge 95. But its an armwrestling video, there's some fun interaction, there's lift and carry (I think?), muscle comparisons and great footage of her flexing. It may not be very long, but we think its pretty great, and she's pretty great. And its selling well.
As for the girls being good or bad actors, >95% aren't good actors...why would they be?...we are much more interested in .an authentic and often times candid interaction with the muscle fan topics of interest. The other thing to think about here is opportunity cost. If you love what TKS does, that's terrific...we would love to see people do that too, but its not something we would choose to use the limited time we have with a premium model like Berni. We might have her for 50-100 minutes and have to maximize that time, to produce as much great product to bring back home.
Fair enough guys, thanks for the replies. As a final note even in the armwrestling VOD between NoahTrapQueen, Shannon Seeley and Monstress (who I presume are all game armwrestling) there is still not matches with both hands.
