Micaela Viscido maxxing out the weight

This is pretty crazy because it also requires amazing cardiovascular contitioning.
As I watched this particular video, I thought this would be an interesting thread.
The most amazing thing about the last one of Aline, she did the same weight earlier with seemingly more ease. So this is not a one off.
