@lpc...if only they had this incredible assortment of muscular women when we were young. Imagine a full lifetime of experiencing this much hotness. These younger femuscle aficionados have no idea how fortunate they truly are. 💪

@luvem ……I agree ….However, the lack of muscular women in our day made us truly appreciate what we had…..The circus women…The professional female wrestlers…. The early FBB(s) gave us just what we needed and when we needed it to fuel our appetite…. It was like searching for treasure flipping through magazines to find muscular women And when we’d find one …….BOING…….💪🏻🤪🤯💦 I have no regrets……I enjoyed the journey

Great thread. I’m a national level bodybuilder in my 50s. Since my teenage years, I’ve loved FBBS. I remember the hot Laura Bass, Sue Price, Denise H. In my twenties and early 30s, I just followed female bodybuilders and loved it. But, my profession requires a PhD and then if you even get a tenure track job, you literally have to kill yourself for tenure. Once I did all of this by my mid 30s, I decided to give bodybuilding a chance.

It turned out I have some genetic gifts for the sport. It’s literally the only time in my life that being short actually helped me. In season, I’m 130 to 140 and compete as a lightweight. I’m also a hyper responder to PEDs- see pictures attached. Sadly, I’ve never hooked up with an FBB and I’ve never done a session. I might not mind it if some of the people on this forum had advice on a discrete woman.

@lpc....Yeah, I definitely remember the intense rush of excitement I would experience, finding a muscular, female treasure. I remember the Olympics when diver Cindy Potter was competing. Her muscular arms were so thick and full. I watched with my heart racing, hoping to see an impromptu flex, as she pulled back her hair. Cindy had such a beautiful set of arms. There were other examples too, mostly lady trapeze artists, etc.

I've had sthenolagnia since I was very young. I love love love training and dieting. Casual observation is that normal girls also love muscular ripped guys.

Our closest ancestor is the chimpanzee. Shave one of those things down and its all ripped muscle, so I don't think it is surprising that us Humans like that too.

i think the type of men who like musclegirls is about as varied as the number of types of men there are in the world, as much as the different number of reasons there could be for having a common interest - as the wealth of activity across this entire forum is enough to prove - particularly once the concept of what a musclegirl is is taken in a much wider context than mere fetishisation.

i hope i'm stating the obvious when i say that ultimately speaking, muscular women are more than a fetish enterprise, and therefore whatever interest someone has in them should correspond with that realisation, because if you're looking to date someone, i think a little more substance would be required to the relationship you could build together beyond the ability to boast about how she can "benchpress me a hundred times" for a party trick.

i'm peeling off on a tangent here.. but this is not true. our closest genetic ancestors are 'homininan' and relative proto-human groups like the neanderthals, whereas chimps and other great apes are animals that we simply share a genetic root link with. in other words, humans evolved divergently, alongside chimps and other apes, rather than directly from them.

Our ancestors are . . . the first humans. Animals we are not; each is created according to its kind. But I suspect the first women were not twigs (or chubby) but were pretty big and strong.

I see myself as a regular guy. 5'9, kind of fit. I strength train 4 days a week (doing 531 routine), throw some cardio here and there. Work in data, play video games, read a variety of books, love books, movies and house music.

Been into muscular women since I was like 6 or 7 (I'm 39 now). I remember my dad was watching a sports channel one day, an FBB competition. I was sitting down and got vertigo when I saw those women. Been hooked ever since. Just need to find my muscle girl now.

sighs and facepalms

..anyway, i said it was a tangent, so i don't want to be responsible for derailing the thread into some sort of anthropology-versus-creationism debate when the original topic holds plenty of interest by its own merit - and since i've already offered my personal 2cents on the matter i think i'll disembark here before i have to endure anymore half-arsed fairytalebook ideations.

Why yes, monkeys turning into humans sure is a "half-arsed fairytalebook ideation" if I ever heard one!

I’m 34, 6’ feet and about 175 pretty athletic. I just been working out pretty much all my life but not seriously: i dont really like sports nor physical activities bit figured out since i was always attracted to muscular women (ever since i was 8) i figured i might as well be looking good (i only train for aesthetics). Muscles, dominance and strength are really the only things that turn me on into a woman so sometimes i find it hard to find the right match cuz that makes me quite picky: i’ve had a few athletic gf showing visible muscles but none like super muscular (they’ve always been less muscular then me and less strong). I fantasize about going out with a girl more muscular and stronger then me. Also, out of all my gf, only one was dominant… so i feel the combination of a muscular/dominant woman is hard to come by…. They are a rare breed that all of us are fighting for!!! Haha i’m a filmmaker, love arts, going out and socializing: not a lot of people know about my fetish but i’ve told most of my exes and some close friends…

I'm in my late 40s, 5'10" x 260lbs (178cm x 118kg). I'm not a small guy (obviously?) and I'm pretty sedentary, but also pretty strong. I'd say I'm a pretty average guy. I work in IT, and I enjoy D&D (huge nerd and proud), electronic music, and building my own electronic instruments. I have loved muscular women since I went through puberty, basically--from age 10, if not earlier. I've always considered myself straight, but I've recently come to accept that there are some aspects of muscular men I find very attractive (arms and pecs mostly). I like all sorts of muscular women, but my preference is for the slightly soft, slender, muscular look with muscles that really pop.

True. But he may have meant Chimps are humans closest living relative which is also true.

Late 30s, 5'3", 65 kgs, nerdy but not to the point of being a fanatic, listening to metal a lot and going to concerts as well.

My appreciation of gwm also started when I hit puberty. I used to be the text book definition of schomoes in my 20s. Less than 50 kgs, arms and legs like a twig etc. Someone who a strong gwm could be able to lift easily. Too bad I couldn't find someone like that.

Hit the gym, moved to a new country, saw half of the world, got married (to a non gwm). Happy in life but sexually I still crave a gwm (maybe I'll create a new thread on this subject)

I’m a senior too and think I like these gals because they have it all—- strength and tenderness and playfulness all wrapped up in one! By the way, anyone have any experience with Charonne Carpentier from Phoenix in the eighties? She had an appearance on Johnny Carson show back then

I remember Charonne and purchased many of her photos….

What I always loved was pure definition and great muscle shape--split and peaked biceps, isolated abs, etc. While ladies with bigger biceps or stronger abs, when they aren't too big, can be a super turn on, my fascination with female muscle began with a woman who was smaller than I was but just was very lean and had densely packed muscles all over, including her back and her abs, and beautiful peaked biceps.
