Yeah, i always loved that scene from Sledgehammer, but til this very day theres one thing in said scene i still don't understand. Before the two Bodybuilders flexed their clothes of was the Shows intention to portray them a already being muscular and then they'd just flex so hard it tears their clothes straight off or ,which would be the much cooler way' the Show wanted to portray them as being normal bodied and the they flex so hard they actually grow big muscles.

I think they were supposed to come across as muscular. I read somewhere the trick they used to rip the clothes was to attach wires to them and pull them while they flex.

I ran across this recently, but Cory Everson as Atalanta in the Hercules: The Legendary Journeys series is another one she's been in. There's a 5 minute video called "Has Hercules Met His Match?" on YouTube that the following picture is from.
