Is there a way to undelete a thread?

I was dumb and accidentally fat-fingered the delete button on my post about dislikes in the female bodybuilding world. Is there a way that can be undone?

And if I can give some site feedback: is there a way to add an “are you sure?” page when you press the delete button? I am mostly on here on my phone, and it’s relatively easy for me to accidentally press that delete button.
