This week we're trying something new with the Girl of the Week nomination. There will be a full 24 hours to nominate a choice before voting begins, no matter how many women are nominated. This will last from 08:00 UTC on Sunday morning to 08:00 UTC on Monday.
Previously, nomination continued until there were exactly 15 choices, regardless of how long that took. Recently, it's been taking only a few hours. The idea behind this change is:
Everyone will get a chance to nominate someone regardless of what timezone you live in.
We have been having an issue with people using multiple accounts to nominate several choices; if this happens again, at least it won't steal a slot from someone else.
Using multiple accounts to screw with the GotW nomination or voting is a bannable offense.
The list of gotw winners is getting so long. Can you provide an alphabetical list of who has won in the past so that they don't get nominated again? Or put an asterisk next to their name etc.

I had been trying for weeks to nominate a candidate, but could never get around to it because the limit of 15 was reached.
As an extra suggestion I think it would be good to hide the number of votes for each candidate. It would make for much fairer results.
