I mean it'll probably be more obvious one way or the other once the full movie is out (especially on home digital or blu-ray where it can be examined more closely), so it can probably wait until then.
As far as site relevance goes, Natalie Portman images will continue to be removed unless someone uploads an image of her training for the new Thor film. Otherwise her on screen muscularity (which objectively isn't terribly significant, and is mostly covered up and with little to no focus on them) will be assumed to have been created with CGI (something Disney/Marvel seems to rely heavily on).
Training images/videos have significantly more value and relevance to this site, as it shows she actually worked for her muscles and that they were not created by a digital design team.
