I won't share the video or name for sake of privacy since it's a personal friend/acquaintance, but a woman I know posted on IG recently a clip of her benching 155 lbs for 3 reps. She said it was 6 months after lifting a weight for the first time ever. She is a large woman, both in height and weight, and doesn't appear visibly muscular at all.
Talking about so much weight that it almost seems fake.
