Reverse transformations, when fbb downsized/quit

This is just misogyny. It's heartbreaking FOR YOU because they don't look how you want to them to look any more. They don't owe you anything, and they certainly don't need your respect.

EXACTLY. Now, do I get sad when I see them get smaller? I did at the beginning...then I realized that they are doing what's best for THEM. THEY are wanting to live longer so why the hell would I object to that?! For my own ego and enjoyment? HELL NO! Good on them for taking ownership of their lives and not others.

Going back to naming those that downsized: Tina Middleton (Nguyen) and Meghan Santa Barbara gained a lot of popularity on social media with their muscularity but Tina wasn't willing to risk her health and Meghan decided to scale back from heading to women's physique and compete in wellness instead. Both ladies are nowhere near the muscularity that made them popular on social media in the first place...but both ladies are much HAPPIER with themselves than they were about a couple of years ago.

Aspen Rae

Still works out and looks very fit, but I read somewhere on her instagram that she's no longer interested in that ripped look.

She's a porn goddess. When these girls get into porn, unless it's muscle fetish stuff, they tend to want to slim down and lose much of their muscle to broaden their FAP-peal.

Well let's be honest. Competitive bodybuilding and the fitness industry in general is all kinds of level of fucked up. It's borderline cult like the levels of mental gymnastics these people have to go through to get themselves to a point where they basically put their health in danger during competition season. Not to mention it's full of narcissistic, sociopathic carnies with body dysmorphia. It's about as weird and fucked up as the professional wrestling industry. So it's no wonder people eventually quit and try to leave every trace of their involvement all behind. Cindy Phillips, Dani Reardon, Rosanna Harte, Hayley Mcneff, and more infamously Georgina McConnell all eventually reach this conclusion that this shit is just no longer 'fun'.

Ped's and pressure hit them hard. Dont forget the ones who died of diuretics abuse or suicide! But i hope they re a minority abd most of them manage to control themselves and know their bondaries

The last few times I saw Jennifer Abshire/Scarpetta for sessions, she was looking a bit leaner and a lot softer than the first time I saw her. My guess is she wasn't dieting nor hitting the PEDs nearly as hard, and she came in with a much more feminine look; even her face was different.

That said, she still carried a fair bit of muscle, looked fantastic and not at all like she ragequit bodybuilding. Props to her for making it all work and keeping much of the muscle.

Shiva Afsarifard another one that still lifts, but looks like she's no longer interested in competing, at least in the near future.

Megan Prescott has been very open with the struggles and hardships she faced when she tried competitive bodybuilding. Went from a regular cast in a popular British TV show to a legit competitor. Too bad I don't think she will ever finished her documentary on her bodybuilding journey.

Meg circa peak week 2016.

I LOVE these pictures but I was EXHAUSTED, dehydrated, hungry and, as I’m sure everyone that knows me will confirm, horrible to be around at the time 😂

This was a cool thing to do and I have the UTMOST respect for bodybuilders but even they will tell you that this is not a ‘walking around’ weight/look. I looked like this for a few days max. If you see photo shoots where the models look like this then just remember that a) they’re probably just as miserable as I was here and b) even THEY don’t look like that for more than a few days at a time.

Dani Reardon might have lost her muscle mass, but mentally she seems to be in a much better place right now.

She went all hippy and is probably smoking that wacky weed is why.

Or maybe she legitimately is happier without all the PEDS and the fitness industry bullshit.

No offense but i don't understand how people are obviously fans .. and LIKE the type of look of a fbb's or wouldn't be on here , looking at pics . Are suddenly anti PED and all for women leaving the sport . Good for them .. i bet she's much happier now etc type comments . Why even be a fan to begin with ? Of course it's their bodies and certainly their choice to do what they want . And nobody wants their health to be bad . But to outright celebrate ... them all leaving makes no sense . It's like being a fan of sports cars , then loving it when model after model is discontinued .

I celebrate them leaving while they were still able to make that choice.

There is more to there lives than just their muscles. They have sacrificed a lot for the sports and I'm grateful for it.

It's like I like seeing them with muscle, but if they can't make it work for them it's not my life or body, and I'd rather they make the choices that make them happiest.

In Aspen's case, she was doing porn before bulking up and even while competing - in fact, she was at her biggest when she was doing films. Luckily, she didn't go with the classic tropes of muscular women (femdom, violence, etc.).

Now that she's downsized, she's mostly doing OnlyFans stuff.

Regarding the thread subject, two of those I used to upload 99% abandoned the stage: Amanda Lewis - Wilson and Jenna Beckworth. One due to maternity, but both agree in that prepping/dieting is overstressing.

Danielle Mastromatteo is no longer competitive, but she definitely keeps in shape.

Just fixed the link in the "before" post for Priscila.

There's also Lindsey Angel, who is apparently embracing her "murves" now.

My glute striations are well and truly hidden :) do I miss being lean heck no ! Yes it’s amazing seeing rippling striations but murves (muscles+curves) is more fun ! Embrace your body , love who you are 😇 Next goal is a natural tan on my milk bottle white body 🤣🙏🏻

This is an after/before image. Some more recent images of her:

These were from March and May of this year. There is some significant muscle loss from the shot of her in November. Not to mention it looks like she went and got larger implants.

People can't keep the bodybuilding lifestyle/physique up forever. Appreciate it while it's there, but realise it won't last forever. As mentioned before, it is extreme. The dieting alone would break many of us. I'm looking at the after photos and I still see very beautiful women. It's all good.
