Personally I think bodybuilders have hit their limits for this lifetime. If bodybuilders keep reproducing and each generation continues bodybuilding, then perhaps after several generations they'll have more potential for larger muscles (assuming they evolve as such). At the end of the day though, a human frame can only pack on so much muscle and a human heart can only supply so much blood for so much body mass.
According to a pictue in this thread (2nd page): https://www.girlswithmuscle.com/forum/thread/... Nuriye Evans has got 20 inch guns.
Reminds me on the good old days in the 90s when FBBs where pushing the limits by the day 😃. I was chasing that magic number too.
I doubt the above mentioned even come close to 20", with the exception of RT. Although I think it is not impossible, it just needs a few prerequisites:
I think if you would combine the bone/muscle structure of Natalya Trukhina, biceps of Aleesha Young, triceps of Gina Davis on a 5'10" height you might easily get there. Which shows that the development of each of the bodybarts is possible on a woman, it just requires one who has it all together.
I read somewhere that Sylvie Caouillet once claimed 19,5 but she disappeared

- the lady needs to be tall. Aleesha or Natalya fail in that respect, you also will hardly find a male bodybuilder with that height having 20" arms.
- the basic bonestructure needs to be strong, and biceps and triceps well apart. Some women just genetically dont have what it takes.
- The biceps as well as the triceps need to be well developed, just a peak is not enough.

Thanks for your thoughts and I guess that's why I feel most ladies are already huge, fall short of sporting a pair of 20s, and one can only wonder where they'd queeze in a couple inches... but these are mostly short ladies! I think of Tina Zampa and the great Colette Guimond (Sigh... I sure miss Colette!) as examples. Both are built so impressively (or at least were!🤔), but are pretty short.
Oh my-- Gina Davis!!! What an amazing athlete. We can only wonder if there's a lady bearing the biceps, triceps, overall phenomenal structure AND HEIGHT waiting in the wings, undiscovered somewhere.
She'd have to be pretty courageous- pushing aside the biases of her world at large!
What about Massive Shelley Michelle Behnke?
She certainly is a massive lady. She's understandably proud of a measurement she took that was 22.5. She clearly has some impressive musculature, but she's carrying a lot of extra bodyweight too. Wonder what she'd look like trimmed and cut the way Renné Toney was at the time of her measurement.

You’re right about the extra weight, but the amount of actual muscle there is extremely impressive, and makes for a giant bicep! The muscle alone is almost the size of a bowling ball!

Speaking of... Can you imagine being out bowling with some buddies and... POW There she is bowling with those burly arms right next to you!
Lol A guy can dream, right?😉
One of the most impressive pair of arms I've ever seen, yet she was probably never more than 17". I don't know that, I'm just guessing based on her height. The point is that even this arm would have to be another 3 or so inches bigger. That would have been an incredible feat, unless she also happened to be over 6 feet tall. Even then?
What incentives do you guys think could be added to start an arms race? Like better scores meaning a better chance to win for example. What do you guys think?
Perhaps virilization would have to be rewarded, not penalized.
Anyone know what Lesa Lewis measured? Supposedly she was pretty tall, and her biceps were certainly massive!
IIRC, she was rumored to have 17s at a time when 15 was like breaking the speed of sound. I saw her off-season a couple times, though, and I would've put money on 18-19 without a sweat. She was just so much bigger than other huge women.
These days, Ruthie L has 20s.

Ruth Luchessi showed me 20 inches once on HBC.com and claimed she had 21 at one time. But she was heavy

Lesa would have made it, I am sure. She was the best ever.
Not sure to what extent that's a priority for FBB's these days.
I vividly remember the days when an unflagged topless video of Renee Toney was up on Youtube. People kept commenting "Hey mods, this is a topless woman" and "She seems like a cool guy". The amount of PED and straight testosterone it takes for a woman to get 20 inch biceps is life changing and irreversible.
It is not a fair race to begin with: women have so different bones and muscle structures by nature. Just look at women randomly passing by: some have thin spaghetti arms, and others have solid arms built up on good bone structure and lush muscle tissue - and none of them ever worked out in the gym.
I remember the woman neighbouring our family weekend house: she might have had 16" arms and never been to a gym in her lifetime. She was a farm girl, big hands from working on the fields, and she had fat on her arms (more then on her legs which looked odd to me). And even the fat on her arms was somehow firm.
Then its also a matter of tall she is: the size of the arms grows proportionally with her height.
The trick would be to find a woman with perfect genetics, tall, to train her to perfection and to professionally manage her nutrition and drug intake - then i believe 20" are not impossible to achieve.
To my knowledge such a selection process does not exist, so most women fail on the first part already.
20 inches isn't impossible obviously, but look at what it takes. The commitment, the sacrifice, the life-altering changes. Look at the amount of additional surgery Amazonka has had to retain feminine characteristics like lush lips and round breasts. Listen, there are some STRONG women on this site, and there are some STRONG MUSCULAR women, but how many are within a couple inches of that big and don't have firm jawlines?
Do a search for women with 20 inch biceps and the only verifiable hit you'll find is the mighty and massive Renné Toney.
Her feat, dutifully recorded via YouTube and some bodybuilding mags, was recorded WAY BACK in 2006!
Since then it seems no woman has been CAREFULLY measured for all to see and be amazed by while sporting a pair of bulging 20 inches (PLUS?😲)
We seem to be in a possible golden age of female bodybuilders with the likes of Nataliya Kuznetsova and some other incredible ladies showing us what they've built, but it seems like even the amazing Amazonka falls within a still impressive 18 to 19 inches.
Renee was about as shredded as a female could get with such massive muscles- her left arm actually stretching the tape to about 21 inches and calves of 19.5...
Have I missed anyone else? During my searches I've seen perhaps 2 or 3 other women said to be in this exclusive club, but all were... muscular, but also rather unfit looking. Don't get me wrong--- I LOVE the full, gorgeous off-season muscle ladies, but am not looking for women with bellies that equal or exceed their "muscle bellies"
Have I missed any ladies deserving of credit for such an amazing achievement?
