When she draws her tight abs in as tight as possible and then pulls the central muscles down, it's truly awesome! Some of the most spectacular control I've ever seen, and her abs are incredibly muscular for someone her size.

Not sure what you call this... it's like a vacuum but for obliques only:

It's actually called a nauli. It's originally a yoga trick. Hard to learn, though some women seem to be able to do it naturally. It's a fantastic way to show ab strength and control!
