Who has the best set of 8 pack abs in your opinion?

So since the thread is up, I was just curios, do y'all count these examples as a 8 pack?

They all certainly have very well defined and impressive lower abs. But there's always arguments whether these kind of abs are a full 8 pack or not.

Can't disagree with some of these (especially Kirsty Woolford) but one of my all time favourites would be Karen Zaremba

Veronica Valentyne may not have the strongest most deeply cut striations in her abs, but they are strong and the control she has more than makes up for their relative lack of density. I think this shot is impressive.

Obviously, my answer has to be Shannon Baxter. There's a reason I hired her to be my coach.

This is my French Instagram friend that I message with now and then. She’s been into fitness for 22 years and used to compete. At her age, I would still put her abs up against any woman’s. Legitimate 8, or possibly even a 10 pack. Asked her for a new flex video and she sent me this gem. She never ceases to amaze me.
