Next girlfriend was a rugby player, she was also strong. That turned me on too. Since then it's been like a prerequisite for women who I date!
For me it was two girls that came along at the same time. Monica Brant and Vicky Pratt. In the UK we have a store called whsmiths and in there back in the 90's there was a MuscleMag magazine that had Monica Brant on the front cover and as soon as I saw the cover, I was mesmerized. Within the same magazine it had Vicky in there with an editorial. The pictures below are the images that were in the magazine.

I was a kid about 12 years old. I saw a "Popeye the Sailor" cartoon on TV. Popeye took Olive Oyl to a gym to work out. There was a gorgeous muscle woman at the gym who took a liking to Popeye, so she tried to make Olive look foolish, and eventually beat Olive up. She was so sexy. I didn't realize what was going on with my body, but I liked it. Eventually Olive ate some spinach and beat the muscle woman to a pulp. Unfortunately, eating spinach did not give Olive a beautiful muscular body, only strength... too bad!

It was in 1993 while watching the 1989 sex comedy Skin Deep.
John Ritter's sex addicted character has a one night stand with FBB Raye Hollitt - but he doesn't realise that she's muscular until they get back to her place & she strips to a bikini.
I was absolutely stunned & massively turned on. I soon bought the film on VHS. I was 23 at the time.
I recommend the film for anybody, it is funny. If you get the chance to see it, do.

Not sure if it really count's as a "muscle girl" moment as much as a dominant women moment, but I clearly remember seeing the James Bond film Diamonds are Forever and getting feelings I didn't really understand during the Bambi and Thumper scene. I think I was around 9 or 10, and the film was made way before I was born.

The first time I remember where I did understand those feelings was 2 or 3 years later, and I came accross the women's weightlifting on the Eurosport channel while flicking through the channels. That was also around the same time Xena: Warrior Princess came out. Again not really muscular but more a dominant woman, but I do believe those two are really tied together for me.
the first memory of a real interaction, and the thing that got me really hooked was when I was 14 years old. I did judo, and there was a girl in our class who was 17 and was definitely the most skilled out of all of us, and by far the most atlethic. She was also a swimmer and a track athlete. One day I got teamed up with her during practice. It was during the summer holiday period, so attendance was low, and because I was fairly tall we were the best match sizewise (I normally practiced with someone 2 years older than me, but about the same skill level as I had). During every hold she put me in, I could feel how strong this girl was. The best parts were when she put me in a headlock and I could feel her bicep in my neck, and when she put me in a side armbar. I was used to have my arm relatively free during an armbar, and having my arm controlled only by my trainingpartner's hands, but this girl actually squeezed my upper arm so hard with her thighs, that I couldn't even escape when she let go of my arm with her hands.
After training, she came up to me and apoligised for going so rough on me, but she had a rough time. Apparently her boyfriend had broken up with her earlier that day because he "wanted to be free" during his holiday in Spain. I told her I didn't mind, and even thanked her for "not going soft" on me. I was sore for 2 more days after that training.
The next week, we got paired up again, and she was noticably less rough untill I told her she didn't have to hold back twice. I'm pretty sure that's when she understood I quite liked it. We made sure we paired up as much as possible for the next half year, until she turned 18 and moved to a different class. I always ended up sore for atleast a day after training with her.
I still regret not staying in touch with her.

I think my very first inkling that lead to absolute proof that not just a slim or fit lady was my type but a muscular build was some movie I saw on cable.

It was from the 80s, I think, slightly outdated when I saw it and definitely B-movie production value. There were several fbbs in it. At least three. One was particularly hot. To be fair the other two, I had no problems with either.
I think they were on some different planet and there was some kind of war or revolution?
I stopped watching the story and just stared at the women.

Great question!! In the UK there was a TV show in about 1976, and a woman carried a globe on her shoulders, which had a person in it. The power was intoxicating and turned me on so much. Amazing but I was too young to follow up.
Then a few years later, in the UK TV Times magazine in about 1980. There was a three page story about FBBs. It had the UK's Carolyn Cheshire in an artisitc post, and a stunning woman showing double front biceps and I can't remember her name, Could have been Lisa something? Wow! I sat in my friend's house and just stared at that for ages, turned me on so much.

To this day I still think the woman in the beginning sequence is one of the most beautiful people to ever grace the screen.
