Split Biceps

As most of you know, the biceps are comprised of two "heads" and so the split I'm referring to occurs when both heads are clearly defined, causing a "split" between them. Some examples:

(the lighting makes it harder to see Michaela's split, but you can clearly see where it starts at the edge of her bicep)

That was the first name that came to mind. There are a couple of Awefilms videos with her training in contest shape that I will never forget.

I've seen many videos of Klaudia over the years none disappointed me. Her peaks especially from the rear were so beautiful/

Without a doubt. Klaudia has unique biceps. Peaks and well divided the two heads of the biceps. I noticed that they do not allow to publish their photos. It's right? what is the reason. Thanks friends.

As usual, the remarkable but relatively small Veronica Valentyne never disappoints. Remarkable features of a muscle, including biceps, sometimes pop up only momentarily during physical activity, and never during a simple flex. But, here, while curling, Veronica's right biceps shows one of the deepest and best defined splits I've ever seen. And, not on an immense biceps, either. And, this is NOT morphed.

But, there is little doubt that Suha Quasem has the very best split. She actually seems to have two separate, completely independent biceps! Klaudia Larson just about the same thing. Tragic that she won't allow her pix on here.

Speaking of split biceps, Katie Cassidy worked out until a very pronounced split appeared in her biceps. Two obviously separate heads in that biceps!

Suha Quasem could have THE most outrageous peak and split of all!

My wife never had splits until earlier this year where they are starting to split from the shoulders out. We’re hoping to see them develop more as she grows.
