So I know when a girl goes on bulk, usually the weights on her lifts go up as well, and on prep they fall back down.
I know there are many powerlifters and really thick girls lifting super heavy weights but I'm looking for the heaviest lifts by the leanest, most shredded girls.
Does anyone has any video of that in mind?

The problem with sredded and strength is that the diet for get sredded cost the body a lot of energy and as result of less energy reserves the strengt sizes down too. Normaly have at off-season shape most of My strength and endourance, but a good compromise is a shape somewhere between off-season and contest shape. At this condition near full strength is there and definition is there too, OK be not 100 %*sredded then but muscle sepatraion Show up good. Normaly the shape it try to get when work as expo host. But people are different some can get more definied at this middle shape and still have full energy others less.

She was pushing crazy weight like 4-5 weeks out from her show, not to mention her cut for her meet she was fkn shred city and crushed huge lifts.
Where are you getting 22.8 kg? From the size of the dumbbells they are 20, maybe 25 lbs.
Thought I saw 22.8 on the dumbbell and it was 50 kg exactly on the converter so I figured that's that
Here is an example. Ivie Rhein in a super lean physique curls 22.8 kg (I think it's in kg, 50 lbs if so) per hand!!
About 10 kg or in 22,8 lb here so a lightweight for her arms
The size of the dumbbells shows too. Normaly the Training weights are iron not Gold or lead lol
